Beautiful Property well maintained

What I find most rewarding since I have lived here is that the landlord is local and very easy to get ahold of. I have lived here 5 years and most tenants have been here long term. The neighborhood is just beautiful and the neighbors are very friendly. I hope to stay here many more years to come.

Gorgeous Place

We have lived here for over 3 years. The landlord has always been timely with all repairs and helpful when we needed him. We were sad to leave this apartment after so long, but 2 of us moved out of state.

Unprofessional

As a tenant for over a year, I’ve never been treated this poorly by a landlord. They were unprofessional and communicated poorly. They were threatening and we were made to feel like a burden when requesting to regulate temperature which they controlled. The house is not worth the price they are asking.
