Absolutely stunning apartments, solid walls where I can’t hear anything from my neighbors, all service requests are handled promptly, friendly staff. Absolutely love it here.

I am extremely pleased with swift attention to non-emergency maintenance requests since moving into Liberty Lofts. Requests are acknowledged within 24-48 hours and work completed promptly thereafter. Maintenance staff cordially communicates with me and is respectful of my time and property.

Excellent management. They really have worked with me and provided me with solutions to difficult situations that have impacted me as a person with a disability. The security team makes me feel safe, and the staff is friendly, and always makes time to help explain things in a way I can understand. The regional manger went above and beyond to get me approved after I had several changes in income, submitting my application several times, and I never felt put off or that I was an inconvenience.

Rochester is revitalizing it's downtown area and it's public spaces and Parks. Our location is near theaters, upscale dining and museums and Festivals are great from Spring to Fall. Very historic City and our building is really the largest in the City. One point one million in square footage and so much more can be added in this space. Looking forward to the next great tenant adding to our quality of life here

It's a nice place to live. However the suprise rent increases are not fair. It's nice to be be downtown but it's surprisingly boring.

When I came to see liberty lofts. I fell in love with this place. The rugs were clean. Floors were clean. People were respectful of property & each other. All this has changed. However I am not giving up hope as The liberty lofts office staff are tough. Take care guys.

My apartment, the layout, the size, the décor, the Views are spectacular. The parking in the garage, free to myself for working for Rochester General hospital, the convenience of location to work, the now activities at Parcel 5, the small cafes and coffee bar, and now drinks in the evening, with DGX , its a small village in a City..I wouldn't at this moment of time (right now) trade it for anything...

Liberty Lofts is just what you need if you want to live in an immaculate modern space. Clean Air & lots of amenities to help your stay be most comfortable. Its my ROC CITY dream apartment. I LOVE IT

For the most part this is an aesthetically pleasing building to reside in-from the wallpaper to the carpeting to the cafés on the lower level. In my opinion if there were more maintenance help, accountability for those residents that dont follow guidelines, rules and take pride in where they live I would be most happy and would definitely stay on as a resident.

Liberty Loft is one of the most prestigious places to call home and rebuilding and transforming life for Seniors and our community the grocery store is awesome and all the amenities with affordable housing for everyone and providing accommodations whenever necessary. Thankyou Barbara Cole

I am extremely pleased with the lifestyle here at Liberty Lofts. It gives me a sense of pride to be a resident, feeling comfortable and happy to be lucky enough to live in the Sibley Building. The nostalgia-filled atmosphere with a history of prosperous days when Rochester was in its glory-days back in the pre-1960's. To have the opportunity to reside here for such a fair price greatly exceeds what i could get anywhere else.

I have found my living experience at Landmark to be a very rewarding experience. I have referred people and have shared with them how happy I have been with my move to the community.

Liberty Lofts is the place to live in downtown Rochester. Not only are the apartments absolutely beautiful and brand new, its in a historical building. You can't ask for a "cooler" place to live. Also, you simply cannot beat the price! My son and I have felt welcomed from the moment we moved in, we hope to live here for many years to come.

My experience is very good with my apartment. I love the architecture here. The renovations are amazing. Extremely quiet inside the building. Love the tall windows. My favorite apartment ever lived in, in my experience.

Landmark at Sibley Square could not be better located in downtown Rochester. With oversized windows and beautiful views it truly gives the feel of living in luxury. It offers amenities that most rental communities do not such as a 24/7 workout room (with cable TV) that is rarely crowded, convenient indoor "Dog Park" (also with cable TV) and an amazing fully loaded Community Room for our enjoyment. I have loved my stay here, have and will continue to recommend it to others.

Living at Landmark at sibleys meet my expectations. I know I made the right decision to live at Sibley Square. I don't see myself living any other place.

The management is very attentive to your needs. Maintenance makes sure to get work orders done efficiently. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. The apartments have more than enough room. The bathrooms and closets are very spacious. Plus storage is big enough to store those things you dont use.

Siblings at Landmark is such a wonderful place to live the staff are friendly the people are friendly you have a variety of things to do outside because of the area it's just an all-around beautiful place to live

The current management team and maintenance are unusually responsive to concerns and requests.This is a senior facility that is blessed with low-cost breakfast and lunch options downstairs,as well as a dental office.We have a bi-monthly visis from a from a fruit&vegetable truck which sells both at very reasonable prices.The area is centrally located with many events.Transportation is a snap.The apartments are beautiful.They allow pets and cater to them too!I love it here!
