Great place I enjoy living here very calm in the area I live in the 1st section of apartments. Also my daughter and grandson enjoy coming over and visiting me here because it peaceful.

I never ever do this. But I hated my time here from the moment I opened the door with the keys on my own to see all the things they had said they would do( that most apartments automatically do when someone moves out do) and they had not touched a piece of trash left on the floor let alone the huge pest problem. I had to find a hotel on my own for 2 nights while 2 girls “cleaned” the place. Oh and replacing carpet and painting and appliances that was a joke. Hated and was grossed out by the place and staff rest of time. Please believe me if u have standards don’t go here. Run away.
I have lived here since last July. The staff there always helpful. However the manager is arrogant and always doesn't tell us the whole thing to us. For example, we would like to transfer from 1b1b to 2b1b, the staff and manager never said the same thing every time we went to the leasing office. Prices went higher every time. And the manager just gave you one or two choices to transfer and never let you see the actual apartment. Awful, not nice manager. They are not experienced, so just think more before moving in.
If zero stars were an option I would leave that. I have hated every minute of living on this property and don't let "new management" fool you. We have never had a working laundry facility, when placing maintenance requests we were told "oh it just works like that". Broken windows, homeless people, lost packages, a chair stolen off our front porch, a large blue tarp was stolen off of our fence. Did I mention there is an excessive disgusting amount of trash everywhere except the leasing office?! This place is gross, ill equip and honestly should have a police officer every 20 feet due to the amount of theft and addicts that roam the property. Oh and new management, the first day, left the sprinklers running for 14 hours that nearly flooded our neighbors apartment. It's our last month and we are beyond ready to move out and they can't even get our rent payment figured out. THIS PLACE SUCKS! Oh and don't bother calling any of the three phone numbers, they never answer anyways.
