Would not recommend
Moved out 2 months ago, they told me not to cancel utilities and they were supposed to have utilities out of my name within 48 hours. They have still not done this and are now ignoring my emails on why they still haven't transferred the utilities into their name. I'm still paying the utility bills there. Maintenance is a joke, took weeks to get repairs done. Fridge failed, took 3 weeks to get a new one and was advised to just keep putting ice in the fridge until they can get to it. Went on a month to month lease in March as I was trying to buy a house. Paid rent for June and moved out in the 2nd week of June. They're still charging me for the month of July and August rent. I've been out of the apartment for almost 2 months, havent heard anything about my security deposit, still paying rent and utilites. Would never recommend renting from Priority Property Management.

Very bad management
Priority Property Management cannot maintain records. They have very bad communications and cannot be contacted. They take excessive amount of time to return calls and email which is the only way to reach them. If you want to speak to a person you have to make an appointment. I requested an appointment with the management owner and never heard back from anyone. Had long standing repair issues that were never addressed.
