I’ve lived here for months with no issues and now that there are more tenants the hygiene is quickly going down hill. I’m constantly finding roaches in my apartment, they’re in the elevator lobbies, near the leasing office. This is the fourth time I’m putting in service for my apartment for this issue in the past month and half or so. Update - I’ve been seeing them since April and they are only getting bigger and bigger as time goes on. There’s constantly trash in the hallway, and half eaten food left in the garage and trash room floors despite me voicing my concerns on the issue

I did everything online , Mildred was so helpful and I set my eyes on the apartment the day I moved in. It is an amazing apartment in a secure and good location. I love the smartness of the home and 100 percent recommend Lenox at the grid for anyone looking for a good home

Lenox at the Grid is great! Moving into a brand new building is stressful and the leasing staff made it easy. They were accommodating and helpful. The building is really nice with great amenities. The neighborhood is very convenient but is sti safe and quiet.
