The green space and walking areas are very nice. Even the pool and gym have great recreational areas. I think the only thing I dislike is that the wooden countertops have peeling paint; they should improve that aesthetically, as well as offer a quick solution for home maintenance issues.

I LOVE IT HERE NEIGHBORS ARE GREAT AND RESPECTFUL SO ARE THE STAFF IN OFFICE! Love how clean it stays and theu have many benefits for the kids dogs and adults!

Good experience. the leasing and maintenance teams are nice. Very professional and fix things fast. Quiet area and close to a lot of stores.

it’s okay, i’m just really worried about the security of the mailboxes and the gates especially since the holidays are slowly approaching it’s kinda of scary.

Kristina was very sweet and helpful throughout the application process. She’s made sure that everything has been smooth and up to par! The move in process has been great, there are a few things that need to be fixed but Kristina has made this whole thing a breeze!

This is a great place to live; they have a friendly and responsive staff, and maintenance issues are addressed quickly. Plus, it is a quiet place to live.

Safe and quiet community! Love the area and how close everything is. The people have been very kind and the facilities are nice and clean. Perfect place for a young adult living on their own for the first time!

Very quiet community which I appreciate. I love being on the top floor and love my little apartment. The cosmetics aren’t bad unless you look closely, then you see some imperfections. This includes the base boards being painted over what looks like 100 times, small paint splotches on the floor and counter, paint on the balcony, and wood needing replaced on the balcony ceiling. But overall, these things are very negligible considering I’ll be here for only a year or two. I am so excited to start decorating. I wish a washer and dryer were included for the amount I’m paying each month. The office has been exceptionally helpful and professional.

Wonderful location very peaceful everyone kind enjoying the outdoors area the apartment are so nice the staff is very friendly help it's a great place to stay at.

great experience, decent prices especially for what area these apartments are in. workers are okay some are great some are eh. only two bedrooms and three bedrooms here i believe though

The lennox is very nice and mostly peaceful complex. The property manager and receptionist and maintenance are a little slow at coming out to check on problem's. But when they do they 9/10 always can find a solution. Very accommodating location next to tons of food spots and other complex. Overall I would recommend the Lennox to anyone just moving out and looking for affordable yet quality apartments

I have had several issues due to the inclement weather that require maintenance and everything has been taken care of immediately. The office staff are friendly and helpful.

I'm waiting on my carpets to be shampooed as promised. When I signed my lease, I was told and promised that my carpets would be shampooed by the management. It has not been done. I've been asking for it every month when I pay my rent.

I like that they are always willing to fix a problem and i like how fast i got into the apartment with no complications. overall a 10/10. ver satisfied

Decent apartment in a okay area, nice dog park, tennis courts, grills, the apartments themselves aren’t that decent though unfortunately. The new maintenance team is better than the old one last year.

Very new, but it really seems like a great place...staff is super friendly and willing to go out of there way to make you feel welcome! I really think I will enjoy being here!

No communication from front office. Office Manger is not residential friendly. She makes excuses for the maintenance and office team members as if it's ok for them to consistently make mistakes. No ownership at all. I've requested for shoe covers to be worn in my apartment during maintenance issues and have watched on camera them repeatedly disrespect my wishes. Upon speaking to the office manager I got excuses from her blaming another office team member instead of an apology or resolution to the issue. I've never spent my money on such a disrespectful, unkept and poor management place such as this. Shame on the ownership company for not checking with it's residents to get an understanding of what goes on here.

The ladies at the leasing office are very nice and respectful. Move in process very swift. I love the welcoming theme that comes with the community seeing as though I have 3 children. I think their... Well we are going to love it here. So far so good

Great and friendly service. Very efficient and got me in my apartment within three days. Clean apartments even though they’re older. Would recommend to others .

It’s a nice place. But I don’t have lights in the room hehehe, the room is big and I like it. The kitchen I think that need a microwave but it’s okey

So far so good . Since we moved here we have only had a few hiccups but nonetheless we were able to get them solved and worked out without any problems.

Love it here! The apartment community is very quiet and it seems to maintain that way. The apartments are very spacious and has plenty of closet space for storage.

A quiet place to live. Dog friendly and the people are pleasant towards each other. Most of my neighbors are in their early 30's to mid 50's which makes for a peaceful environment to live in.

great, cheaper community to live in little rock, not in a terrible area either. lots of stores and restaurants nearby car and walking distance

It's been great living here, we have recently renewed our lease for one more year, the pool is now working and the overall feeling here is that the staff are working towards improving the Lennox

I have been here a year now. No complaints. I'm enjoying living out here. It's quiet for the most part. Parking can get a little crazy at times, but nothing I can't deal with. I plan on being here for a long tume.

Excellent people here at the Lennox. They have been very nice and helpful. Friendly environment. Great with pets. Great location for stores.

Please don't move here save your money, the past few months it's starting to become the hood they have been letting any and everybody move in. People smoking weed, loud music etc , rent steady going up for what, gate hasn't worked in over a 2 years or longer. They hardly fix anything and when they do it's not professional

I'm really impressed with the ease of the application process and the genuine recommendations of the property managers, specifically Stormi. She provided an excellent property tour and answered all my questions with thorough, honest answers. While I had applied to the property, the excellent tour and information is what secured my rental of an apartment at Turtle Creek. Looking forward to moving in soon.

I have had a water leak for going on over a month this time. The last time was a about two or three months ago. This time it has been over a month and still walking around on wet floors. I have called the office plenty of times and have went inside and they just keep saying be patient. And after a little over a year the front gate finially works put they still have not put my number in the system so i still can't use the gate i have only told them 5 times its not working they just KEEP saying sorry where going to email etc. And the air only works some times. And the , Maintenance man messed up my key pad on door. And the same thing as always where going to fix it and like i always it NEVER get fixed. And with all this going on the Communication with staff sucks there is no communication no matter how much you ask them to please let you know whats going on. They inly tell you what they think you want to hear. I can't wait until my lease is up.

I’ve been living in Turtle Creek for a little over a year now and it’s a wonderful place to call home. My neighbors are respectful, the apartments homes location is very convenient and close to everything in the West Little Rock Area and not far from the interstate. The office staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to questions about billing issues and maintenance. The Maintenance team always responds on time, and goes above and beyond when I make requests from the screen door on my balcony, to the lights in my beautiful vent hood, I couldn’t have ask for and better place to live. Keep up the good work!

My car has been broken into once and towed twice. The apartment ceiling leaks and a/c save your money and dont come here

This complex is falling down. Roofs leak, stairs are broken, pipes burst, paint peeling, mold growing, etc. The maintenance team seems to be doing their best, but they can only work with what they're provided. Property management is the true definition of a sales person. They only care long enough to get the contract signed. Oh, and when you move out, get ready ... no matter how clean you leave it, they will slam you with another bill. I would not wish this complex or experience on my worst enemies.
