Leigh House

It’s really nice living here. It’s close by the mall and many stores so I don’t have to worry about a long drive to get to them. Everyone is so kind and friendly here I haven’t had any problems. The staff are accommodating and kind if I needed help they always helped.

Great area! Maintenance is quick and thorough. It can get noisy at times in the neighborhood because so much is going on. Overall I love it hear.

Absolutely stunning building and the amenities are awesome. The staff on site are always so helpful and the maintenance team is very reliable

The management is actually pretty good with communication for the most part. The apartments are decently taken care of other than the 3rd building. I’ve lived here for 2 years and enjoyed my time here. I would advise the 1st and 2nd building though.

Quiet, Safe and a good place to live. The apartments are spacious, and the lay out is super nice. Its nice to have gates that you have to have an access key to get in. The community is safe, and somewhat quiet.

I love living here. Im close to everything. Supermarkets, hospital next door and restaurantd are extremely close.

Good place to live. Some issues with fire alarms. Staff is nice and attentive to needs. Good amenities on the property. Gym is nice and recently had upgrades.

This Is a great community to live in . It’s quiet ,clean ,and nice exterior .the Apartment reflects what’s displayed on the site. The pool area is always clean. It’s a little of friendly faces here.

Great location, pool and neighbors. Staff is friendly and polite . Excellent maintenance crew and very efficient. Repairs are completed rapidly. The complex is central and accessible to many Raleigh retail, cultural and green spaces. I especially like being close to the NC Art museum and museum park. The retail locations and restaurants within walking distance is a plus.

This apartment complex is phenomenal! Everyone is immensely kind, and they take great care of the apartments and facilities. Thank you for everything that you do to make living here a joy!

Great gym and pool. Ample parking, and the front desk is always very informative and kind! I had so many questions during move in and they were so patient with me!

Really a great perk living here having easy access to the pool. I can swim on my schedule.I have cerebral palsy and swimming really helps my joints and muscles.

My time here has been pleasant and enjoyable. The facilities have been clean. The staff has been friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been quick to respond and help when needed. The community outreach (events, etc) is an extra bonus. Definitely recommend!

Overall a great experience living here. Its super clean, has alot of amenities and it isn't that loud! I'd only recommend an apartment a little further from the main road if you work from home due to being near a hospital!

Leigh House is a very quiet and peaceful place to live. The apartment I have is very nice, comfortable and is in great condition. If you have issues the management team are super nice and very helpful. The maintenance team come quickly if you have any problem. Although, I have not used the pool it is quite nice. The workout room has many pieces of equipment for you to try out. They also have a pool table if you enjoy 8 ball or 9 ball. All in all, I have been very happy here and it feels very safe to me. Do not be shy Leigh House will add peace and happiness to your life.

Great quiet community with fast maintenance responses. The neighborhood is friendly. Security is solid with key fob access for both the building and parking. Rent is reasonable, and the location’s perfect—CVS downstairs, plus two shopping malls nearby. Couldn’t ask for a better spot!

It’s been great my first 3 months, maintenance is superb as well! The pool is opening soon which is exciting. The community is quiet, clean, and the staff are super nice and efficient. So glad the gym is 24hrs, and the living room area! I love the monthly treats, gifts, and food that they plan and give to the residents.

Great place to live. I walk to Rex hospital in 8 minutes, there are all kinds of stuff nearby you can walk to. The apartment complex is clean, plenty of parking.

Leigh House has been a decent place to live overall, but there are a few things to consider before moving in. The location is convenient, and the building is well-maintained. However, being close to the hospital means you can hear ambulance sirens at night, which can be disruptive if you’re a light sleeper. Additionally, noise from the upper floors can be noticeable, so if you’re sensitive to sound, this might not be the best fit. One of the biggest downsides is the consistent rent increases. When it came time to renew my lease, I discovered that my exact same unit was being advertised online at a lower price than what I was being offered for renewal. This was frustrating and made me feel like loyalty wasn’t rewarded. That said, the management is responsive, and the amenities are decent for the price. If you’re okay with the noise and can negotiate a fair rate, it’s not a bad place to live. However, I’d recommend comparing prices and exploring other options before committing.

Abby and customer service has been great and fast when I needed help! I call front office and are attentive to my needs and questions. Apartments are nice and clean. I feel secured at the apartment.

Everything is great! I was pleasantly surprised when they fixed the automatic door to the building entrance in a very short time. It’s rare to see such prompt and efficient service, and I truly appreciate the effort put into making sure everything was back to normal so quickly. It’s always nice to see things getting taken care of without unnecessary delays!

Great area, friendly people. I love seeing people out walking their dogs! The community is very respectful of each other and keep noise to a minimum. The surrounding area has several good places to eat.

We love it here. It’s the first place we got since we moved to NC and we haven’t wanted to leave! Almost 4 years now. Location is great!! Created lots of happy memories here!

Thank you, leasing office is very nice, had a bit of an issue speaking with one maintenance individual about an issue in my living space requiring more soft skills, but the landscape is well kept and great amenities.

I love living here everyone in the community is very kind! My only issue is the upkeep of the complex. The hallways rarely get cleaned and the 3rd building seems very forgotten about.

right now, so far so good. Staff is friendly, community environment is clean, I'm enjoying it. Just the parking spot in front of my building are kind of narrow, I have a SUV which is hard to park in. And also I hope the front gate can be closed at the night.

Nice community, nice apartment, and great location but I would suggest the top floor. So far maintenance has been great and very responsive. The staff here is also nice. My only con is that I have what sounds like a big foot living above me and the sound of that is horrible. I can hear the ceiling popping/creaking upon every step that’s taken. In addition to being awaken out of my sleep due those loud steps and hearing their foot slap the floor. Either this person walks super hard or the construction and flooring is not so good

On our 4th year here and we’ve always enjoyed living here! Great location and we’ve had very few issues that maintenance has always been efficient in fixing!
