Leigh House

Leigh House is a very quiet and peaceful place to live. The apartment I have is very nice, comfortable and is in great condition. If you have issues the management team are super nice and very helpful. The maintenance team come quickly if you have any problem. Although, I have not used the pool it is quite nice. The workout room has many pieces of equipment for you to try out. They also have a pool table if you enjoy 8 ball or 9 ball. All in all, I have been very happy here and it feels very safe to me. Do not be shy Leigh House will add peace and happiness to your life.

Great quiet community with fast maintenance responses. The neighborhood is friendly. Security is solid with key fob access for both the building and parking. Rent is reasonable, and the location’s perfect—CVS downstairs, plus two shopping malls nearby. Couldn’t ask for a better spot!

It’s been great my first 3 months, maintenance is superb as well! The pool is opening soon which is exciting. The community is quiet, clean, and the staff are super nice and efficient. So glad the gym is 24hrs, and the living room area! I love the monthly treats, gifts, and food that they plan and give to the residents.

Great place to live. I walk to Rex hospital in 8 minutes, there are all kinds of stuff nearby you can walk to. The apartment complex is clean, plenty of parking.

Leigh House has been a decent place to live overall, but there are a few things to consider before moving in. The location is convenient, and the building is well-maintained. However, being close to the hospital means you can hear ambulance sirens at night, which can be disruptive if you’re a light sleeper. Additionally, noise from the upper floors can be noticeable, so if you’re sensitive to sound, this might not be the best fit. One of the biggest downsides is the consistent rent increases. When it came time to renew my lease, I discovered that my exact same unit was being advertised online at a lower price than what I was being offered for renewal. This was frustrating and made me feel like loyalty wasn’t rewarded. That said, the management is responsive, and the amenities are decent for the price. If you’re okay with the noise and can negotiate a fair rate, it’s not a bad place to live. However, I’d recommend comparing prices and exploring other options before committing.

Abby and customer service has been great and fast when I needed help! I call front office and are attentive to my needs and questions. Apartments are nice and clean. I feel secured at the apartment.

Everything is great! I was pleasantly surprised when they fixed the automatic door to the building entrance in a very short time. It’s rare to see such prompt and efficient service, and I truly appreciate the effort put into making sure everything was back to normal so quickly. It’s always nice to see things getting taken care of without unnecessary delays!

Great area, friendly people. I love seeing people out walking their dogs! The community is very respectful of each other and keep noise to a minimum. The surrounding area has several good places to eat.

I love it here. Leigh House is a phenomenal apartment complex, and I love how close it is to the grocery store and Panera Bread. Thank you all for taking such great of the property.

Thank you, leasing office is very nice, had a bit of an issue speaking with one maintenance individual about an issue in my living space requiring more soft skills, but the landscape is well kept and great amenities.

I love living here everyone in the community is very kind! My only issue is the upkeep of the complex. The hallways rarely get cleaned and the 3rd building seems very forgotten about.

Been here for a month and overall a great experience. The staff is easy to work with and kind. There is minimal noise and everything appears relatively clean!

right now, so far so good. Staff is friendly, community environment is clean, I'm enjoying it. Just the parking spot in front of my building are kind of narrow, I have a SUV which is hard to park in. And also I hope the front gate can be closed at the night.

Nice community, nice apartment, and great location but I would suggest the top floor. So far maintenance has been great and very responsive. The staff here is also nice. My only con is that I have what sounds like a big foot living above me and the sound of that is horrible. I can hear the ceiling popping/creaking upon every step that’s taken. In addition to being awaken out of my sleep due those loud steps and hearing their foot slap the floor. Either this person walks super hard or the construction and flooring is not so good

On our 4th year here and we’ve always enjoyed living here! Great location and we’ve had very few issues that maintenance has always been efficient in fixing!

Leigh House is comfortable, clean, and meets all of my needs. The staff is friendly and available when you need them. It is convenient to everything you need and is a safe place to live!

Lots of miss communication with the office and fees with my roommate and I. They’re also bad at listening when we explain ourselves. I will say I love the gated community but if we have had this many break ins to peoples cars it would be nice if they would keep our gates shut because more than half the time I’ve lived here they’ve stayed open.

So far, so good! The managers have been available and helpful when I need them. The place feels like home. It is clean, there are not noise problems, and there is a great variety of exercise equipment!

Staying here has been a blast. the staff have been beyond helpful every step of the way i would definitely recommend someone to live here i mean it’s amazing

LEIGH HOUSE is the best! I love the amenities and how they let you know of events well ahead of time. They also have pet of the month which is adorable!

It’s been a great place to live so far. I love my apartment. It’s spacious and well laid out. The amenities are very nice. There has been a couple of small issues, but nothing crazy and they are quick to resolving problems.

Good place to live. I enjoy the units and everything is very clean. I will say that one problem I have in my building is the smell of marijuana that goes up and down the halls, so I wish someone would try and address that.

The leasing office staff has been overly helpful and supportive. They get stuff handled very fast and the maintenance staff fixes everything quickly and efficiently.

This is a lovely apartment and a quiet community. I am extremely happy here. It is definitely my most favorite apartment I have ever rented. The people who work here are extremely nice! I hope I can be here for many years to come.

I love living here! It is such a safe, clean neighborhood. Love the pool and grilling area. My packages are always easily accessible and put in the lockers and the leasing staff is very nice and helpful! Definitely resigning my lease :)

I came to Leigh House with the intention of staying for a short time while I looked for a a place to buy. I have a 1 bedroom apt and a large storage room a few steps from my unit that offers space for 2 bikes, a paddleboard and much more. The staff is great, the building and common areas are clean and well maintained. The West Raleigh location is great. I feel very safe here. After 8-months I have found that I don't want to give up the maintenance service and amenities that I have here.

Leigh House impressed me from the moment I came across it online and since moving in has continued to exceed all expectations. The apartment is modern and clean. Amenities are great. Location is great and the price lower than other comparable properties I looked at. I couldn’t recommend Leigh House more!

So far Leigh House has exceeded our expectations and we are very happy with our choice to live here! Our unit was clean and updated before we moved in, getting our keys and moving was a simple process. The office staff even had a dolly we could use which was super helpful! So far we haven’t had any run in’s with pests, maintenance issues, or neighbor issues. We have had a couple loud nights, but nothing worth reporting. The location is phenomenal!!

I have been living here going on 1.5 years, and I still love living here. I love that I can access nearby amenities and walking trails. I hope to renew again next year!
