Could be better by making sure gates close and lock, pool is open to use, machines in fitness room are maintained to work properly and repairs should be performed in less than one year.

So far, as a resident, my move in experience has been absolutely HORRIBLE. On the day that I picked up my keys and signed my lease; I found that my garage door did not work. A maintenance person came by the next morning and worked on it and said that it was fixed. And it did work - for a couple of days. On the day that I had some friends to help with my move; the garage door quit working again and we had to bring EVERYTHING in through the front door. And I have been bringing all my stuff in through the front door since then because I gave notice at my old residence, and have to be out by a certain date. I pray that it is fixed by the time I get ready to move my big items because they may not fit through the front door, nor do I want to risk scratching the floor. I hope this is not a sign of things to come.....

This will be my 4th lease here and unless I decide to purchase a house, I think I have found my home. The staff has always taken exceptional care of me and my unit. I enjoy the location of the unit on the property and it just fits. I drive up and I immediately begin to relax. I have enjoyed my time here and have no real intentions of going anywhere else.

Need to fix the equipment in the gym so it’s at least as good as when we signed the lease. Need to fix the security gate so people don’t drive in during the night time to go through the trash.

Overall, my experience has been ok. When I moved here a year ago, things were great. Maintenance came the same day I put in a request and the staff was great. Now it takes maintenance weeks to get back with you and most times they don't even do a good job.

If the trees stay its beauty and welcoming feeling will stay but it’ll be a nightmare if more buildings are put in. Maintenance gets done but it’s only in a it’ll get you by fix. If your neighbors play loud music it sounds like they’re in your own apartment playing it even at lower volume and frequencies.

Okay so far. Not the best apartment complex but definitely not the worst. It’s located in a convenient area with lots of big retails around, but in terms of facilities and the overall conditions, it’s a bit out of date. However, I truly appreciate they replaced all the HVAC systems earlier this year. It really helps combating the heat during the summer and lowering the energy bills.

I have been here coming on my 4th lease. As far as access, I love my unit up front. The unit is great. Only thing I would change is the carpet. Any time there is an issue, I send in the request via the website and within a few days it’s taken care of. The maintenance guys are all really fun to work with. They come in focused on the task at hand and they always do the repair quickly and then explain to me how I can fix it if it happens in the future. I do like it here. Only reason I would go somewhere else is if I were to buy a place of my own, or if rent went through the roof. I don’t expect either any time soon.

Terrible Service and Negligent Management

Terrible Service and Negligent Management I am extremely frustrated with the service and maintenance provided by my apartment's management. Despite multiple requests and follow-ups, they have consistently failed to address several critical issues in my apartment. Water Leakage: My apartment has water leaking and flooding all over the room. As a result, my laptop and iPhone got wet, causing potential damage to my valuable electronics. Despite reporting this issue multiple times, management has not taken any action to resolve it. Unresolved Light Fixture: I reported a malfunctioning light fixture over three weeks ago. Despite my repeated requests, it still hasn't been fixed. Living in a poorly lit apartment is uncomfortable and unacceptable, especially when the issue has been acknowledged but ignored by management. Electric Stove Not Working: My electric stove is not functioning, making it impossible to cook meals at home. This issue has also been reported multiple times without any resolution. Noisy Refrigerator: The refrigerator in my apartment is making a loud noise constantly. This issue has been reported, but no action has been taken to fix or replace the unit. Noisy AC Unit: The air conditioning unit is also making a loud noise, which is extremely disruptive and affects my ability to relax and sleep. Despite informing management more than five times, they have not addressed this problem. The lack of responsiveness and action from the management team is unacceptable. These are basic maintenance issues that should have been addressed promptly to ensure a habitable living environment. The ongoing water leakage, unresolved lighting problem, non-functional stove, and noisy appliances demonstrate a clear neglect of tenant needs. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well-maintained and professionally managed living space. The terrible service and negligent maintenance have made my living experience here extremely disappointing.
