Legends at Chase Oaks

We have been residents of Legends since 2014. There have been three different management companies during that time. Willow Bridge seems to be working harder to improve Legends. We appreciate the staff's efforts in this regard. Having said that, the area on the east side of building 3 continues to flood every time it rains. Other than that, I have no complaints. As my wife says, we love our Legends.

Quiet, very well maintained complex. The office staff are considerate, patient, and helpful. The maintenance and grounds staff are polite and on the ball. They even wave as you drive by!

Management has been responsive to general requests and community kept clean. Package center and pool seem to be challenges, as is proactive communication of community happenings. Would also love to see a return to events to build a sense of community.

Resident experience has been good. I love the quiet neighborhood & have seen positive changes regarding the pool & gym. The renovated pool is much better, quality work done on it.

Staff makes this place as good as it is. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and goes out of their way to make sure to help with any situation. Complex is nice but the staff is why I stay.

We love living here ?? it’s nice and quiet. Great to sit outside on the patio and just enjoy the view and the quiet. The pool looks nice. We have lots of trees to see from our patio with beautiful green grass. Thank you for keeping the place nice.

I love my apartment's floor plan! The only issues I've found were the bathroom counters and toilets are too low, and the bathroom lighting is dim! The Maintenace request were answered much quicker than I expected and were fast and courteous!

The staff was amazingly helpful and the communication was great. I absolutely love my new apartment. This is a great apartment community. I am glad I decided to move here.

The community is very nice. I love the environment. Keep up the great job. The time we saw the apartments make me realize that a lot of efforts was put into the building.

So far a very new resident and everything went so smoothly and everyone has been so kind!! Even when there were hiccups, the staff in the leasing center handled it with grace and understanding. Alissa, you were great!

The atmosphere is very comfortable and peaceful The people in the office are very nice and friendly maintainable people are very responsible and nice

A quiet neighborhood, all good organized, we like it , everywhere is very peaceful and clean, the comfortable atmosphere and much space to settle in.The lease officer are nice people.

It's been an overall wonderful experience to live in this community. It's proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and recreational centre makes it a good place to stay.

Have enjoyed living at Legends of Chase Oaks for the last three years due to the beautiful grounds, friendly staff, and responsive maintenance staff to address any issue.

Love living here, the neighborhood is good & not as noisy as my previous apartment. I hate when i smell the stentch of weed when i head to my unit but unfortunately that is not easily preventable.

Been here 4 yrs. Only way I’m moving is if ai were to buy my own place. Management is on top of any issues and the maintenance crew is great!

Could be better by making sure gates close and lock, pool is open to use, machines in fitness room are maintained to work properly and repairs should be performed in less than one year.

Capri & I love living here, especially because of my fenced-in yard! The location is ideal, & I love facing the golf course & the lake! The East Sun in the morning is lovely.

Love the community and all the amenities available. I feel very safe here with my family. Luis from the leasing office assists any issues that may arise promptly. Thank you!

It was a pleasant experience moving to Legends at Chase Oaks. Luis at the office and other staff members were very helpful in getting all utilities started. This being my 1st month , I am sure there is lot to learn about the neighborhood and people around us.

This is an amazing community. The office is easily accessible and requests are always met in a timely manner. Everyone is very friendly and willing to work with you!

The apartment complex has great staff and great customer service and the maintenance is fast when I put in the order an my wife loves it here it’s so much !!

So far, as a resident, my move in experience has been absolutely HORRIBLE. On the day that I picked up my keys and signed my lease; I found that my garage door did not work. A maintenance person came by the next morning and worked on it and said that it was fixed. And it did work - for a couple of days. On the day that I had some friends to help with my move; the garage door quit working again and we had to bring EVERYTHING in through the front door. And I have been bringing all my stuff in through the front door since then because I gave notice at my old residence, and have to be out by a certain date. I pray that it is fixed by the time I get ready to move my big items because they may not fit through the front door, nor do I want to risk scratching the floor. I hope this is not a sign of things to come.....

Its been an ok experience overall. It's a great community to be in, but it is very expensive. Maintenance could be better, but other than that no complaints.

This will be my 4th lease here and unless I decide to purchase a house, I think I have found my home. The staff has always taken exceptional care of me and my unit. I enjoy the location of the unit on the property and it just fits. I drive up and I immediately begin to relax. I have enjoyed my time here and have no real intentions of going anywhere else.

Need to fix the equipment in the gym so it’s at least as good as when we signed the lease. Need to fix the security gate so people don’t drive in during the night time to go through the trash.

Just renewed my lease for another 12 months! Capri & I love living here at Legends at Chase Oaks! I especially like having a yard for Capri!!

We love living here. It’s a nice quiet place to live. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance guys are nice and show up fast if there is a problem.

Been here 1-1/2 years now and have no complaints. Staff, maintenance and apartments are great. We made the right decision choosing Legends at Chase Oaks.

Overall, my experience has been ok. When I moved here a year ago, things were great. Maintenance came the same day I put in a request and the staff was great. Now it takes maintenance weeks to get back with you and most times they don't even do a good job.

Over the last few months, the office staff has seemed to make a concerted effort to connect with the residents more. It's nice. The maintenance crew is still superb!

If the trees stay its beauty and welcoming feeling will stay but it’ll be a nightmare if more buildings are put in. Maintenance gets done but it’s only in a it’ll get you by fix. If your neighbors play loud music it sounds like they’re in your own apartment playing it even at lower volume and frequencies.

Okay so far. Not the best apartment complex but definitely not the worst. It’s located in a convenient area with lots of big retails around, but in terms of facilities and the overall conditions, it’s a bit out of date. However, I truly appreciate they replaced all the HVAC systems earlier this year. It really helps combating the heat during the summer and lowering the energy bills.

I have been here coming on my 4th lease. As far as access, I love my unit up front. The unit is great. Only thing I would change is the carpet. Any time there is an issue, I send in the request via the website and within a few days it’s taken care of. The maintenance guys are all really fun to work with. They come in focused on the task at hand and they always do the repair quickly and then explain to me how I can fix it if it happens in the future. I do like it here. Only reason I would go somewhere else is if I were to buy a place of my own, or if rent went through the roof. I don’t expect either any time soon.

I love living here. Except for a couple of recent issues with my dryer replacement & an ongoing issue with my gutter, it’s been wonderful. It’s quiet & I feel safe!

Enjoy the community. The property is well maintained astetically and structurally. The neighbors are friendly and the surroundings over-all feel safe. Good communication from management.

My move in was smooth. I had lived at this property over 25yrs ago and came back. Luis was fantastic showing me many options as I didn't know what I wanted exactly. The property grounds looks amazing just like it did years ago. They take pride in making this property beautiful, modern and nice place to live.

My experience has been ok. Maintenance has really slacked which is disappointing because I was going to move elsewhere but they convinced me to stay but ever since then maintenance has been terrible.

Great apartments! Management and Maitenance repond quickly to any request. Property is clean, quiet, and everyone is really friendly. Amenaties are great as well!

Love it here. Staff in the office is really helpful and the maintenance staff is always fun to work with. Only complaint is my carpet. It was worn when I moved in 3 yrs ago and I am not exactly easy on it. I asked to have it replaced and they said to wait another year. Hope I get it! Lol

Everything went smoothly, maintenance were quick to answer our service requests. Our move in was made easy by the front office staff here. Apartment was clean & ready for us. I’m loving the quiet neighborhood so far!

Legends at Chase Oaks is a wonderful place to live. The staff is responsive to your needs and very friendly. The campus is usually well maintained and the area is relatively quiet most times.

Beautiful place . I have been here for about a month and one thing I love is the peace and quietness . The complex is so huge that we can take walks within our environment . Very clean and management is very good at maintaining their standards .

Overall good. Pool on the weekends and holidays is out of control with disregard for rules/hours. Gym equipment needs updating. Apartments, maintenance, neighbors, and staff are very good.

My experience has been pretty good here. i think maintenance has gotten a little better with requests and coming quickly. It's a nice and quiet community.
