I have Lived at Legends at Azalea for over a year. And my entire experience has been nothing but outstanding. I relocated to the area and was a little concerned about leaving my home of 25 years to live in an apartment but the management at Legends of Azalea has been second to none. Each person in the office has been incredibly helpful, extremely professional, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my stay was exemplary one. Anytime, I need any maintenance work done. It was done promptly and it was done properly the first time.(Although the maintenance that I did need was minor and minimal because the apartments are well kept) I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an amazing apartment experience to check out Legends at Azalea.

The community is in a prime location. Easy to commute to shopping center, (Azalea Square), Cvs & walgreens are close by, earthfare is just a 'stone throw'. The staff are super helpful. The maintenance team treat every work as an emergency! I have accomodating and friendly neighbors. Eventhough, I do not own a pet, they pay attention to their 'furry' friends. Last but not the least, the open space layout of the apartment make you feel like it's a house and not an apartment (very roomy) and also their grounds are kept clean. I feel it's good value for what I pay for.

This review aims to shed light on the concerning pattern of the management team deflecting responsibility onto residents, rather than taking accountability for their own mistakes and shortcomings. One of the most frustrating aspects of my time at Legends at Azalea is the management's consistent inclination to shift blame onto residents rather than addressing their own failures. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they adopt a defensive stance, which is both unprofessional and disconcerting. It is disappointing to witness a management team that is unwilling to take responsibility for their actions and instead chooses to deflect onto residents. Moreover, this blame-shifting mentality perpetuates an environment of tension and animosity between management and residents. Instead of fostering open communication and a sense of partnership, the management's defensiveness creates a divide, eroding trust and cooperation. This approach undermines the potential for constructive resolutions and perpetuates a cycle of frustration and discontent. In addition to the defensive stance, the overall management practices at Legends at Azalea leave much to be desired. Resident concerns are often met with dismissiveness and a lack of genuine effort to address them. This further exacerbates the feelings of frustration and disappointment among residents, who are left feeling unheard and unsupported. Ultimately, the prevailing sentiment at Legends at Azalea is that the management's defensiveness and blame-shifting attitude hinder any potential for a positive and cooperative living environment. Rather than taking the necessary steps to address their own mistakes and shortcomings, they choose to deflect onto residents, perpetuating an atmosphere of tension and discontent. In conclusion, my experience at Legends at Azalea has been characterized by a disheartening display of defensiveness and blame-shifting from the management team. This approach creates a divide between management and residents, undermining trust and cooperation. I caution prospective residents to carefully consider whether Legends at Azalea is capable of providing the supportive and accountable living environment that should be expected.
