Property Ratings at Legends at Armour Avenue
First let me start by saying, I have lived here three years and through three owners. GO FIGURE. I was unable to move die to finances and lease obligations. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! To expensive and NO amenities. They ignore the tenants' complaints but want the rent. The only apartments that operates on septic. RED FLAG. I would not recommend.
Apartment is high quality, the most important is community is perfect! I love the area so much! One more thing.. the management is fantastic
Beautiful apartments and well kept. Property managers responds to calls right away. Ample parking for all residents and it’s away from the main busy street. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious floor plan!
This place was located so close to everything, I was very close to my work, shopping and restaurants. Such a nice apartment to come home to, spacious and safe. Management also did a great job whenever I needed them.
It was my first time to live in US. The owners are very kind and alert to the request. The unit is very clean and the location is also perfect. It would be a good choice to live here.
I visited my family a few weeks ago and the new owners got ALL of the tenants breakfast from Chick-Fil-A. I’ve lived in apartment complexes for many years and I’ve never experienced anything like it! Now I’m on their waiting list!
Was here last time and had such an amazing experience that solidified my choice to move here. Great location and would recommend to anyone who's thinking about it.
