Fontainebleau Park West lies 13 miles west of Downtown Miami, and is around twenty minutes from the Miami International Airport. Apartment communities in the area provide easy access to the shops and eateries of Miami International Mall, which sits just on the other side of the Dolphin Expressway. Flagler Park Plaza is about five minutes from the mall.

Closer to home, locals visit the strip on the corner of Fontainebleau Road and Northwest 107th avenue because of its fresh produce. This property is amazing

When you enter everything is clean and organized. The apartments are spacious and comftorable. There is a gym and two pools. I would definitely reccomend. The management and office team are very nice.

Parking/Horrible management

DO NOT MOVE IN THERE! Parking is a nightmare and they will tow your car even if they know you live there. Management changed about 3 years ago and the new property manager Yesenia is beyond unprofessional.

You can't reverse park due to the 3rd party company (OnCall Parking Manager) having to get down and read your vehicle's parking permit.
