If additional applications are required to complete lease-up, Legacy on Main will announce a second lottery submission period. The community is anticipated to be ready for occupancy this fall. To qualify for an apartment at Legacy on Main, your household income must fall within the income range shown below. Income limits vary based on household size and apartment type. Full-time students, on their own, do not qualify to live at Legacy on Main based on Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LITHC) compliance regulations. Please note: Legacy on Main is an active construction site and is not currently open for tours or walk-in visits. We kindly ask prospective residents not to visit the property at this time so construction teams can safely complete their work. Additional leasing details, timelines, and tour information will be shared closer to the community’s opening.
