My experience here at Legacy at Fitz may have been a rocky start but it was in the middle of new management being incorporated. Ever since new members have started I have not had a delay in any service and every question I ask is either solved the same day or 48 hours depending on what I asked. I take comfort in knowing that Management not only does their best to handle any maintenance or similar information but they take pride in holding mini events in the building as well which is beautiful contribution to their community! I can't imagine living anywhere else right now.

The leasing process was super easy. I ran into a hiccup during the process which Jazlin helped me to complete the process with a quick move in date. Everyone at the office is knowledgeable and very helpful. I needed a little more help than others due to all the smart technology but they were very patient and very helpful. I also needed to make a service call as the water pressure was very low in my unit and the maintenance staff responded promptly and efficiently. The tenants I see here and there have been friendly and the area is clean and safe.

I moved in Feb. 2024 and love it here. I love the amenities: washer/dryer in unit, pool, gym, etc. Staff is always professional and friendly. Location is great: close to the I-225, near King Soopers and fast food places. It's across from several Hospitals. Despite being close to Colfax, the apartment building is secure and makes me feel safe. Any issues, questions or concerns I have had, have been quickly addressed. It's very peaceful and quiet here, especially at night. They host events for those people that want to socialize. They seem to have plenty of parking spaces in the covered paid secure structure. They're very pet friendly. They keep the walking spaces clear and clean.

The entire staff are the very best I've experienced in any apartment community I've lived in. They make living here a delight. I love living here. The location is great especially for those working at the hospitals across the street. The apartments themselves are nice but the staff are what makes it great.

I’ve lived here for a while now and am looking forward to moving once my lease is up. Amenities are always broken, WiFi provided isn’t reliable, fire alarms go off constantly, management is poor is communicating, and neighbors are always throwing big and loud parties. If you’re looking to live near the hospitals, pick somewhere else.

I am very happy with the services we have received. It was really hot this week when my air conditioning stopped working. They came right away to check on it and let us use a portable air conditioner until the company was able to come out to fix my air conditioner! It was done in a timely fashion and everyone was very courteous and professional!

Legacy at Fitzgerald has thus far provided a safe pleasant experience with their year round outdoor pool and their 2 floor state of the art gym(which I haven't been yet but am going to) I am so used to having everyone in my business but legacy allows me to have the privacy I love and deserve. Legacy at Fitz is a great property, especially since Greystar has taken over. The building is beautiful, they have great amenities, and the staff is kind and helpful. The property is really welcoming to pets, but I do wish the surrounding area was more suitable for dogs and walking but that is nothing the building can control. Overall, it’s a great place to live for a great price.

Detailed list of fees and for services upfront.This property is located in a great neighborhood, located just blocks from Anchutz Medical campus. A DSST Middle and High school on the medical campus, which is my main reason for this particular location.

I've had a terrible time here. It's Terribly noisy. There is constant construction happening inside and out. Everything breaks and they take forver to fix it. They just fixed the gym after it being down for a couple of months. Pool was broken for sooooo long too. The Management doesn't ever do anything about noisy neighbors or car jackings that are prevalent here in this area. The place is nice looking, but it's an overall terrible place to live for the price.

2/3 of this place isn’t even built yet… there’s currently 10 parking spots for over 100 residents so most have to park across at the hotel parking. I parked over there and my car got broken into along with MANY other residents and the leasing office has done nothing and still hasn’t finished the parking garage PROMISED IN NOVEMBER it’s been 3+ months. Construction has taken up more parking and sets off the fire alarm falsely so frequently. Wayyyyy too much construction and rent to be living on colfax!

TERRIBLE. I’ve been living here for 6 months now. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that maintenance is on point. Otherwise, fire alarms go off at all hours of the night, my car got broken into because there’s no parking on the property, and they’re full of empty promises. Every month the south building and amenities are supposed to be finished “next month”. They’re now forecasting April.. when the original promise was November. I move out shortly after that.. glad my rent paid for all the amenities I’ll never get to use. I brought up my safety concerns and construction delay concerns to management and they just cited rising crime stats in Aurora.. great. DO NOT COME HERE.
