Lawrence Landing

These apartments are amazing! My 1bd floorplan is at least as big as some 2bds, and I love the view from my patio deck. Maintenance and office have always been very quick to respond.

It's very clean over here!! They definitely keep it up. Its vary spacious

This is my 2nd year living here . My lady wanted to move but I convinced her to not I absolutely love my apartment,it’s spacious to me the washer & dryer the best thing to me but I recommend Lawrence landings if you are looking for somewhere to call home !

Lawrence landing is very safe and the staff is really friendly. They have many different community activities and are very much empathetic to their residents. My son loves the playground, and its safe to walk around at any hour of the day at whether you jog or just want to walk to clear your head. Highly recommend !

I moved to Lawrence Landing back in August from the Northwest side of Indy against all my friends and family's wishes, but here I am and I'm loving it and have loved every part of living in this area. I'm a 22 year old living in his own spot for the first time. I Absolutely love it here from the friendly staff with Mrs Dee, to the maintenance guys who remember your name when you're walking around the neighborhood, to when you walk in the office. Everyone around is friendly and all smiles everywhere you turn. Definitely recommend this neighborhood for the space and the cost effectiveness.

I’ve had the best experience here at this property than I have ever had at any other apartment. The office staff really cares about their residents. It not only reflects with how well they maintain the property but how they actually treat us. My apartment is amazing and I love the night view at night with the lights on the water. I would definitely put my stamp on these apartments!

I’ve called Lawrence Landings my home for two years now. The ladies at the office have been absolutely fantastic! Dee and Crystal have been there for my roommates and I since Day 1. They genuinely care about the residents. They organize numerous social events to make everybody feel like a community within the Lawerence Landing Apartments. We get to play fun games that offer prizes, like bingo and the best door decoration for Christmas time! They also send out monthly newsletters that keep us up-to-date with any changes that may occur and feature different residents who want to share about themselves. Here are some of the reasons why I enjoyed my stay: 1. My apartment was spacious and perfect. The only maintenance we had was thermostat battery replacement and even that was taken care of within a day by the maintenance crew! The maintenance men don’t get the credit they deserve for all their hard work. 2. The laundry room/gym/pool//volleyball net: simply put, these are all bonus amenities. They are greatly kept up and great to have on the grounds. Just a short walk or drive from any apartment. 3. It's a short drive from many of my favorite food places: Taco Express, Blanca Nieves and it's a 10 minute drive to Walmart, Kroger, Walgreens, Castleton. 10 minute drive to Ivy Tech Lawrence campus, 20 minute drive to Ivy Tech North Meridian campus, 20 min drive to IUPUI/downtown 4. I've never had any problem with neighbors while living here If I weren't moving into a house, I would definitely continue my stay at Lawrence Landings.

I have been leaving in this community for over 5 months . I think the world of the Lawrence Landing Apartments ,when you need them they are right there for you .I had family to come over and they really like my place. I had a couple of friends that are coming by in June when there lease is up.

I've been here for about 6 months & I really love it here I love how they keeps it nice & clean the apartments are very nice inside & out their pool area is a nice size & the club house is nice as well. I love it & I highly recommend this complex.

this is a very nice place to live. I have been here for 4 years and absolutely love it. the its quiet and cozy. the landscaping is beautiful. It has a swimming pool and workout center and it's so convenient for all your needs access to Wi-Fi, and matienanc and laundry on site. The management is very understanding to your needs and you can talk to them like family. They are concerned about you and your living arrangement and will do their best to provide you with your need as much as they can. I love it here and I feel safe.

I just recently moved in and I absolutely love my apartment. They are very spacious, clean, quiet (so far). Not to mention the convenient location. All the office staff and maintenance are very nice and way to get along with.

The apartments here are very spacious. Great view from balcony to pond areas. Very nice option to have laundromat and gyms on site. I’m summer time the pool area is a great way to cool off and spend some time in sun. The dog park is also a great thing to have if you have a dog. Very very convenient. The staff in office are always nice and willing to help me with any issues I have in my apartment. If you are looking for an new apartment this is place to look!

Lawrence Landing was the best decision I have made when it comes to apartments! Everyone here makes you feel right at home and it is so quiet and peaceful! I have a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment and it is so spacious! When you have a problem the office always fixes it and quickly!

I've never had any problems living here. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood. Everyone seems friendly and the office always has fun activities going on such as ice cream socials and bingo.

I moved here from Chicago and found Lawrence Landing online, this was the best decision I ever made. Very clean, and very quiet. I have not had any problems while being here for almost 2 years. Leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful. If i have a problem it is fixed right away. I never have call more then once or check up on my needs because everything is always handled promptly.

I actually ended up not living in this apartment complex but I promised Dahlia I would write a review because she did such a great job of informing me about the apartment complex and giving me a tour. She was extremely nice, helpful, and thorough in her approach, which I admired. I ended up just finding a better place in regards to location for my school. But overall, if the living is reflected by the leadership showed by Dahlia, then I have no doubt this is a good place to live. I give it 4 stars only because I can't comment on the living! But the leadership is great and I was very impressed. Thanks Dahlia!!

Lawrence Landing is a great apartment complex that's a nice hidden gem on the Indianapolis east side. Newly renovated landscaping and clubhouse make a warm first welcoming into the community. The ladies at the front desk are great and really provide a personalized touch to your experience at Lawrence Landing. The apartments are spacious and provide a great flow for any style. I have lived at Lawrence Landing for close to a year and had no issues with how the apartment is managed or neighbors. Quick fixes from maintenance if something is wrong inside or out of your apartment, and I am a big fan of all the water overlooks from each balcony. Be sure to feed the ducks! I recommend this apartment to anyone looking to move to the east side. Great bang for your buck!

I've lived at Lawrence Landing for almost four years and I've never regretted it. It's kept clean, the water everywhere is great, and every apartment has a balcony. The few maintenance issues that I've had were taken care of in 24 hours. The office staff knows me by name. I've never had any issues with neighbors, noise, or safety. I really enjoy living here.

Great place to stay, remodeled very nice & nice community

Very nice apartment with new appliances. The maintenance crew is very good and fast. The parking situation is the only hassle that I've had within the 4 years I've lived there. The property is also neat and frequently maintained

A year ago my fiancee and I decided to move from New York, NY to Indianapolis. We love this apartment complex and everything it has to offer for such a low price! The management crew is very helpful. We are renting a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom apartment. Lovely floor plan. The space is perfect. Lots of storage. Love the kitchen. And the view from the patio is beautiful. We have definitely found a place to call home!

I have been stsaying here for 2 years and I can say this has been the best place I have ever lived. The staff in the office has made my stay here comfortable and they are always very nice and pleasant, especially Mrs. D. she is always nice and easy to come and talk to, and she does her job very well.

I LOVE my apartments! The fact that I can just sit out on my balcony and listen to the fountain during the evening or in the middle of the day and know that it's going to be peaceful at any time is reassuring. The office team is spectacular! And the maintenance team is awesome, quick and sufficient! I vote Lawrence Landing #1!

This was a great starter for me in the Indy area. It has good access to both I465 and I70. The staff is very nice and helpful. Most if not all the apartments have a nice view from their balcony/porch overlooking a pond. There is plenty of space in the one bedroom, however the two bedroom only costs a bit more. There is a fitness center and laundry underneath the clubhouse, which you can rent for parties. All pets are allowed, with a fee. Overall, this was a great place for me to establish my roots. The only reason I am leaving is because I want to be closer to the downtown area.

OMG! LAWRENCE LANDING APTS ARE THE BEST.ALL THE AMENNITIES THEY OFFEE ARE AMAZING..THE OFFICE AND MAINTENANCE MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE SAFE AND EVERYTHING IS IN WORKING ORDER..WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE.

My apartments are great!! I tell people, when you enter Lawrence Landing apartments it's as if you've landed in a whole other world! They keep the grounds clean and just completed a 2 million dollar renovation on the apartments. The staff is very friendly and helpful and makes you glad to call Lawrence Landing apartments your home.

I moved here because of the reviews I read in another website. I am happy to say the reviews are very true. This place goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I think they would probably do my grocery shopping if I asked them to. My apartment has a very nice layout and I love the look of the black appliances. My patio is right by one of the fountains in the pond, it is so peaceful to hear the water. I am very happy with my choice and want to let the office and maintenance know that I appreciate them!

Lawrence Landing is a beautiful place to live I have been here for ten years I'm so very happy that i stay to see this place become what it is now I can say I'm at home and the staff r just as beautiful they always have smile on there face and they r always there to listing to u even if its not about the apartments so I'm glad we have them so if u r look for a good place to live come here to Lawrence Landing .

The apartment is nicely updated now the appliances are pretty cheap. I have older appliances in my apartment but I think the others have new appliances. I have no problem with maintenance they always come to fix issues in my home on time. The grounds are kept very nice. Luckily I have good neighbors and we respect each other so there isn't much noise on my side. It is a spacious apartment and people seem to always look at peace here. I recommend it especially for the price.
