The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Laurel Ridge
Laurel Ridge met all my expectations, the apartments are a very nice size, especially the kitchens, more cabinet space than most. Maintenance is do-diligent about prioritizing repairs, trying to arrive as soon as practically possible, very helpful and polite. The office staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating, and the grounds are well taken care of and very nicely manicured. Neighbors are quiet and pick up after their dogs…. the dog park is exceptionally large with plenty of room for your fur babies to run and play….I also love that they built these with the water lines on the inside walls, with less chance of the pipes freezing in winter…they also have activities going on for the tenants, i.e. ice cream socials…food trucks….etc. The neighbors are aware that they are not the only ones living here and try to be respectful of their neighbors when it comes to noise and walking around upstairs…. I consider myself very lucky to have found Laurel Ridge, it’s like living in the country. I also like having a stand in stall shower in one of the bathrooms and currently, consider it a plus for when you might not be able to step over into a bathtub. There are so many positives about Laurel Ridge, I could go on and on….but I won’t….come and see for yourself.
This is my first apartment after a divorce and I’m in my 50’s. I wanted to find a place I could afford to call home and Laural Ridge is that place! It’s a beautiful complex and the grounds and apartments are well kept. It’s quiet and the management staff are amazing. I would recommend Laural Ridge as a great place to raise a family or retire comfortably.
