Worst experience ever roaches everywhere it’s not worth the price

If I could give -stars I would worst place ever every bad review here please believe I would waste my MONEY or time here

the hardware rental /construction site that’s open 7 days a week across the street + paper thin windows will ruin your experience very often. if you need sleep for any reason. do not move here .

Do not move here. This place is infested with roaches. Everything we owned had to be placed in the trash or storage, because of the roaches. We have spent hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of these roaches. We moved into a beautiful 2 story houses, we bought brand new furniture and only took our clothes and guess what? We are still finding roaches! So, even if u move, especially if you take all of your stuff with you.. you will have another roach infestation. We are wondering if we can take legal action, because the move has cost us thousands of dollars. Aside from the roaches, this place is ghetto. Loud music, people smoking pot around there toddlers, arguments/ domestic violence, so many kids unattended 3 years old and up running around in the streets and parking lot, pets are allowed and that's nice, but the grass is covered in poop, bags are provided but rarely kept stocked and the kids pull them out, if you need something fixed, forget about it.. you may think ( that's not a big deal) but imagine ur ac going out in the summer or broken fridge. When someone moves out your what ok let complex smells of roach poison, it's a horrible chemical smell and I called about it once and the front desk clerk was so rude to me she said " well, you live in an apartment your vents are connected, what do u expect?!" I mean, no apology or we'll check it out. Dont let the upgraded apartment fool you, its nicer, but it will still be covered in roaches.

Next years rent went up by $300.00 after our lease was up.... they add fees like trash,water,sewer and must have homer owners insurance... the parking is horrible gol finding parking near your appartment.

These apartments are the worst. Cars get broken into every week, gate is always broken, cockroaches in the apartment, everything in the apartment is broken, management is horrible and rude. People smoking everywhere, thugs out at night. We've lived here for 6 years and all the other apartments are getting upgrades while we have old outdated appliances. They do not care about their renters at all. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. I put up with so much here, and im finally moving and happy to leave these nasty apartments.

I’ve been here for 5 years. Every year the rent goes up. Water is shut off without warning for many hours many times. Security gates don’t work there is vandalism my neighbor got his tools stolen from his patio and my car got parts stolen. No assigned parking. Laundry facility is dirty and clothes come out with more dirt. It is also very expensive to do laundry. Not worth it. Looking to move soon.

I wouldnt recommend the apartment because too many people smoking weed outside apartment or in their apartment. The smoke goes through the walls and it's not good because I have a son. And there's a lot of roaches.

Right in the middle of Riverside. Not too far from downtown and it?s an easy area to get around to and from.

Only reason i would not is the lack of security overall and only 1 driveway to enter and exit.

Experience here wasn't too bad for the price. Big negatives was the parking situation, no assigned parking so first come first serve, and if you get home around 9-10 P.M., good luck. also, no washer/dryer in the unit. and expect, loud noise all day and all night, with thugs smoking weed and having a "drink up" in the parking lot with water shut off consistently. Was here for 1 year and water was down at least 8 times. Also, staff ( Especially Jessie ) is very unprofessional and rude. Very snobby and was no help to the residence at all.

walk in gates along perimeter fence are broken since i have moved in, laundry room card machine has trouble working and mail is everywhere in mail room but office is friendly, no asigned parking and nicely furnished apartments

I would recommend community to others because the community is noise free, easy access to local shopping centers, parks and its gated

My kid's love going swimming and good to have a pool close by my door.

Well where do I start ... I've been here almost 2 years with NO ISSUES AND NO PROBLEMS. The landscape is clean and well kept by gardeners. Plenty of parking and gates are always functioning properly for safety and security. Our Sparkling pool is always clean and well maintained for family fun. The kids playground and basketball court are close to the pool area centrally located near the barbeque grill and tables perfect for dinner al-fresca. And that's just the outdoors I'm talking about. Inside our mailroom and laundry room you can always feel comfortable with the proper climate controlled atmosphere. I love our indoor gym and pool table located inside our beautiful club house great for some time with the family. But what I love the most is my 2 BEDROOM 2BATH APARTMENT HOME. I'm pleasantly nestled in a downstairs unit with a beautiful large patio for entertaining or just relaxing with my family. The spacious living room allows me to have a full living room set complete with sofa and love seat and of course Big Screen TV. My master bedroom accommodates my king size bed and full entertainment center making my room the perfect getaway from the daily routine. I really love that my master bathroom is truly my sanctuary and not a shared facility like in most other apartment places. The 2nd bedroom which is very spacious and attached to the guest bathroom by 2 doors allowing privacy for the bedroom and yet functional for guests.. brilliant! As for the kitchen it's perfect in size with lots of cabinet space and pantry. Great space for my cute dinnette set for those who still prefer to sit at a table for dinner with the family. My central air and heat keep us climate cool and perfectly snuggled during all seasons all year round. And never ever a maintenance problem with 24 hour emergency call service so we can sleep easy and sound. So if your looking for a great place for yourself or for a whole family give laurel heights a look I'm positive you won't be disappointed, I know I wasn't. It's centrally located next to shopping centers,restaurants and schools for the kids k-12 and only minutesaway from many of Riverside city's best entertainment.
