So miss living here!
Very happy the entire time I lived here. Had to move out of state due to a job transfer. Units are beautiful. Property is kept immaculately clean. The office staff is incredible. Special shout out to Tara and Jeff. My family misses you and all the special little holiday events you host.

Love it here!
The is an excellent place to live. I have lived here on and off since I moved here 7 years ago, and I keep coming back because the management is excellent. The area around the complex is growing with a lot of fun stuff to do, and the complex is a quite place with excellent amenities.

Great Place
My partner and I lived here from April 2008 to December 2009, The office staff was amazing our townhouse was great and the neighborhood was nice and convenient. We often talk about how much we enjoyed living here. The only reason we relocated to Raleigh was the lack of work opportunity in Guilford County at the time. We would recommend Laurel Bluff to anyone! J. Reither

Quiet neighborhood
Moved here from Los Angeles...very happy we chose laurel bluff. Love the neighborhood and smiling friendly faces.leasing office staff always courteous and helpful. Maintenance handled promptly. Feels like a safe and quiet neighborhood. Perfection location to restaurants grocery shopping and movies. Conviently located! And love the bicentennial trail around the river near entrance of community!

Peaceful and quiet
I've lived in Laurel Bluff for over a year and don't regret my decision to move here. The property managers have always been very nice, helpful, professional, friendly and caring. Likewise to the maintenance crew who are also good people that are dispatched and respond quickly and professionally in the event that any repairs are needed. All of the people that work here are awesome! The neighborhood is well maintained and people are friendly while at the same time doing their own thing. There are usually people around walking dogs and kids riding bikes and it's obvious that it's a very safe community. In general it's a nice, safe, peaceful place to live.

The BEST place to live
We have lived in and loved this community for 3 years. It has everything you could ever need! Trails, swimming pool, cookouts, holiday treats, activities for kids and the list KEEPS GOING! Tara is the BEST in the office and immediately makes you feel like family. The community is clean and maintenance is always quick with repairs. There is nothing more I could ask for in choosing a place to call home.

Wonderful Place To Live
My family and I have been living at Laurel Bluff in a 3 bedroom townhome for going on 3 years now and we absolutely love it. We love walking the trails and my twins love playing at the park. I’ve had no issues with them riding their bikes or hover boards in the community. It’s clean, quiet, and safe. The office staff is some of the most thoughtful and friendliest that I’ve ever met. They’re always doing something to show appreciation. The maintenance staff has never let me down once and they are also very friendly. It’s a great area to live in, close to shopping, dining, a movie theatre, and many grocery stores. Blessed to have found this place!

Great place to stay
I stayed here for abt 2 -3 years. Great staff always trying to coordinate activities for the tenants. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a townhouse or apt....great location too

Missing Luarel Bluff!!
I recently moved from Laurel Bluff to become a home owner. Every time that my kids and I pass the complex we talk about how much we loved living there. We miss the community, the park, the pool and most of all we miss the staff that made it feel like home!!! We still stop in to visit the staff and reflect on the years that we shared with them!

Great Place to Live!
I've been living at Laurel Bluff for over a year and it has been a wonderful experience. It's in a great area, close to lots of shopping and restaurants and the greenway. My neighbors are quiet and having a playground and dog park right beside my apartment are perfect. The office and maintenance staff are excellent, I've never had an issue that hasn't been addressed immediately.

Great Place!!!
I lived at Laurel Bluff in the 2 bedroom townhouse for 2 1/2 years. The location is convenient to about anything you would like to do. There is access to the Bicentennial Greenway on the property which was great! The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs and truly do care about their tenants. If there is an issue you can rest assured they will take care of it in a timely manner. The grounds are professionally maintained. The pool is always clean and inviting. The units are quiet and cozy, never had any noise issues. Just a great place to live!

A wonderful place to live
Hi! I have lived at the Laurel bluff apartments for over a year now. Clean, quiet, and not a lot of traffic. It's located right on Wendover Ave, so it's about two miles from groceries, shopping, food, and the movie theater. The Managers are super nice, and very helpful. If there is a problem they try to answer it quickly. Everyone has their own private entrance, and for the most part there isn't any noise, most people are pretty quiet, or they wrap things up by 10. Close to everything you could want, with decent people, and good management. The only thing that could detract from it is there is only one entrance, so a lot of the times you have to make a U-turn to get into the complex, depending on which way on Wendover you are driving. But other than that, a nice place to be.

Love this community!!
We have lived in Laurel Bluff Townhomes for the last 3 years and love it!! The community is a quite and safe place to enjoy being at home in. The playground is perfect for the little ones. My grandson loves to play there. The walking trails behind the community are a great place to enjoy a peaceful walk while keeping healthy. The homes are spacious and very well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make sure the tenants are happy. It is a quick jot to many shopping areas. If you are looking for a safe and friendly place to live, this would be it!
