I wish we had some carports in the middle parking lot. The location is a bit out of the way depending on where your apartment is located. I am also not super comfortable that it is now allowed to lease your apartment as an Airbnb for security reasons. Even though I do use fetch I still have had some issue around my package and just for safety reasons that’s something that I’m worried about

My experience so far has been great. Really nice community! On my first day of move in some one offered to me help me move my furniture since fedex left it on the first floor. Which was nice shout out to her for offering to help! But so far so good

I love living here! It's like big one family! I've loved living here (and so has my dog Fernando). Everyone is super friendly, and the front office is always available to help. Even if they're not available right away, they always get back to me in a timely manner.

The property is very nice and I appreciate the amenities. A couple of things to consider would be that the leasing office employees, while they get the work done, are not particularly welcoming.

I have loved it here. The location is perfect for me. Im close to work and the community is beautiful. Its spacious and comfortable. The leasing office is great and the coffee shop is amazing!

I enjoy living at Laurel. The best parts are the upkeep of the property, the natural light in my unit, and prompt staff and maintenance. I feel like most Austin apartments take advantage of you, but not Laurel.

I've been at the Laurel almost a month now and it's been such a great experience so far from the tour up through moving in and living here. The units and property are well maintained and if I've had any concerns, the team has been quick to resolve any issues. The other residents have been so welcoming and even helped me by holding doors open an moving a few boxes into the elevator for me on my moving day. I'm so excited to be a part of the Laurel community!

No apartment is perfect, but I have been pretty happy here! I would say the noise is what makes me go to 4 stars and not five, but other than that this apartment has great staff and nice amenities. Also a coffee shop in the main building :)

Living at Laurel for the past 2+ years has been one of my favorite places to live. Located right off the Walnut Creek path, I have found a perfect 3.5 mile loop that keeps me on my feet. When the weather isn't so nice outside, however, I love to visit the exercise facility. The equipment is well cared for, and I love the ceiling windows that bring in natural light. When the mornings are rushed, as they sometimes are, visiting Houndstooth for some breakfast tacos puts my day right back on track. It's also a beautiful space to sit in and read a book. If any issues come up in the apartment, service requests are completed by the team in an efficient, yet professional manner. Sometimes in less than 24 hours, the team is on it. Thanks to all the Laurel management team for making the last two years so great! We hope to meet again soon.

-Horrible location- turning right onto the access road is dangerous and cars go flying by, I found it difficult to get an Uber here due to the crappy roads no one wants to drive on. Nothing is within walking distance. Nothing. -Pool- it’s literally in the shade, so not exactly the sunny vibes most folks want in the summer -Move out- hands down the most poorly managed move out I have ever experienced- absolutely was nickle and dimed

Hi there - we regret to hear you were displeased with your experience at Laurel. Although we are not a very walkable location, other than the onsite Houndstooth Coffee House, there is convenient access to all areas in Austin via Hwy 183. I am unaware of any issues securing ride services at Laurel. I appreciate your honest feedback regarding the pool area which does have full sun 11a to 5p daily. We assign move out cleaning and damage charges according to a schedule depending on extent of services needed. These can be disputed with Greystar Receivables who will provide invoices for any work done. Lastly, I am always happy to discuss any concerns or ways to improve resident life at Laurel, 512-220-6000. Thank you.
Laurel has upgraded my definition of the word “home”…the community is so clean, the staff is so helpful, and the neighbors are so friendly. Cannot imagine being anywhere else!!

I moved to Austin for work from Georgia. I spent 2 weeks in a hotel while looking for jobs close to work and still close to all the amazing things to do here in ATX. The Laurel is definitely that place! Paul and the team were amazing!

Laurel is full of really nice people who are mostly willing to say hi to a strange face. A lot of residents have dogs that you can meet, either at the park or around the community. The front office crew are super amiable and go beyond to help out or lend an ear. Last but not least, the maintenance staff are great. They address your requests quickly or reach out with more information on your issue. In short, Laurel is friendly, caring, and attentive.

I was nervous changing apartment communities as I enjoyed the location and amenities of my last complex. But Laurel has been amazing. The floor plan is great, the features in the units feel nice, helping the community overall to feel upscale. My husband loves taking use of the gas grills outside as well. If you're looking for a new place to call home, I definitely recommend checking out Laurel.
