Take a drive past the newer buildings before moving in or applying. You’ll see overgrown weeds, bulk garbage in the parking lot on occasion, garbage that is disgusting piled up and not maintained. The apartment itself is okay but it’s a lot of money for vinyl flooring that will warp if there’s another heat wave, no AC whatsoever - it’s so unbearably hot in the summer (you can’t install window units either), the heating is actually very poor quality (it’s not central, it’s turned on by space heaters located in each room above the window so you’ll actually be freezing in the winter), cabinets and doors that were rushed to be installed so they’re crooked or halfway falling off, oh - and lots of small jumping spiders inside and outside of the apartment (especially on the windows… and they don’t spray for those). There’s no key fob entry, NO amenities, loud construction starting at 6 AM, tons of dust, you can hear every car muffler along the hill or on 18th street, the back street is full of semi truck parking, oh and you’ll probably only hear from the property manager via email because good luck getting through on the phone.

It's overall a very nice apartment. There's a few defects that I was told were due to fault construction. Such as glue leaking through the floor, and the patio door doesn't lock quite right

No AC is the biggest drawback. Also VERY loud and busy road right outside the apartment. Makes sitting on the balcony unpleasant.

This apartment got new management and it has made it worse to live here. It has been nearly one month and counting since I have tried to get them to fix something that is broken due to their faulty construction. They have spiders all over the inside and outside of the apartment, even if the apartment is left extremely clean by the tenant. They have no amenities and the only features beyond the actual apartment are sidewalks, a few small patches of grass and a huge dirt field covered with construction materials that haven't been used in weeks. They come up with excuses instead of solutions and it's better to avoid this apartment because management seems too in over their head or they just don't care enough.

Oh my gosh! These apartments are amazing!!! They are brand new, so that's a plus. However, Stacy and Marjorie rounds up the whole package. They were awesome during the application process, especially when I was moving from out of state and couldn't be there to view the property. They made the process so easy for me and answered any questions that arose, which I truly appreciate. Did I say that the apartments were brand new! They are beautifully constructed with a modern open-concept appeal. The attention to details are amazing! The cabinetry is definitely not builders grade and you can see that the designer went all out. Also, this may not be a benefit for some, but the bathroom vanity is actually counter height, which works great for me being 5'10". I love my new, literally, apartment!
