My husband and I have been living here for 2 years now, no complaints whatsoever!! They have great amenities and actually keep up with them. It’s apartment living so hearing neighbors is inevitable, but overall the property is kept clean and management is helpful and considerate. Passion and Jalen are always super helpful whenever I call or go in. Maintenance is good & have addressed all my issues in a timely manner. I like the neighborhood as well because there are banks, fast food and grocery stores in walking distance. I’ve had a great experience here.

I had the pleasure of working with Passion. She was very patient with me and super knowledgeable. I had so many questions regarding my move in process and she made sure to answer them!

Lasselle place is horrible. A/C didn’t work all summer and the hot water kept going out all winter. Termites in the building and the bathroom water smells like sulfur. Takes months to get things repaired and they just break again. Refrigerator has been “fixed” about 4 times already and is still leaking water on the floor every morning. They won’t even come check it out anymore.

Good Amenities and value for money place. Maintenance team is quickly responsive.

Been living here for about a month and I love it the management is very inviting and friendly the maintenance are very professional and informative the apartments are clean, spacious with modern day appliances. Overall its a great place to raise a family.

When I call for maintenance they always come to fix the problem asap.

I have nothing positive to say about Lasselle Place apartments it has really changed from when I first moved in when people were friendly and welcoming in your leasing office and maintenance issues were addressed within one to two days. A very different atmosphere since change of ownership.

I've only lived here a few months and it's been terrible. I really wish I would have listened to the reviews before committing. Gates are broken, trash is overflowing with homeless going through it, I witnessed a hit and run on a car, dog poop on the side walks, broken bars on the front gate, I could go on and on with all the problems we have here and within our apartment. I've been told many people like myself are having to wait more than 1 month to get things fixed my maintenance. I would high recommend you look elsewhere.

The office manager is kind and polite all the staff was nice and kind to me the community is quiet and clean my unit is clean The janitors were on time when needed

Our recent rental experience at Lasselle Place apartments was extraordinary. Kourtney went above and beyond in helping us. We toured the property, found a great unit to rent and initiated the paperwork on the spot. During this crazy rental market, this was a outstanding experience. Thanks, Kourtney, for an excellent, efficient and seamless process!

Everything at Lasselle is beautiful, the area is quiet

The Management team are very couteous once you actually make contact with them. The phones are rarely answered and the Management doors still remain locked, no access to the employees until they actually answer the doors. Many times, the door is not answered. Also the gym is still on lockdown. Doors are still chained shut even though covid restrictions allow gyms to be opened.

Lasselle Place is not a place I would recommend to anyone. Im pretty sure Im not the only resident that has been here for 5 years who feels this way. The complex is not clean and the neighbors are rude and disrespectful.

What experience? Ive never liked it here. Noisy. Noisy neighbors, noisy music, noisy dogs. No regular parking place. Anybody can just drive in and park wherever. The back gates have never been fixed. Constantly open. People in and out at all hours of the night. No communication from management except when rent is due. Theyve never answered a single email Ive sent them with my concerns. But theyre quick to take my rent money. Money for nothing but a single room. Everything I was told I was getting when I moved in here has been just money down the drain. Basically Im renting a very expensive bedroom.

Greystar management is much better than the other managements we have had (weve been here for 2 other management changes). Maintenance workers are very nice. The apartment complex such as pavement and leaves are well maintained. I would recommend any family with little ones to search elsewhere however, not because of management, but because of the noise level around the apartment. Neighbors with loud cars and motorcycles and landscaping are very loud for napping babies.

Perfect place to stay here if youre a college student or workaholic. Its peaceful and quiet

When I first moved here, I felt safe. Now I do not especially since the front right gate and the back gates have been broken for about 6 months now. Plus, we NEVER see security on the grounds. Where was security when my garage got broken into. I no longer feel safe here.

I love the apartments community is nice near to every amenity needed around the apartments.

Ive never enjoyed my stay here. I feel Im paying for services Ive never been able to use. Its just a place to sleep at night. Im basically just renting a very expensive bedroom.

On 10/6/2020 I found a paper taped to my apartment door from the leasing office that my rent would increase $50 to renew. I immediately called the office, no answer, left a voicemail that I just saw the taped note and that I wasn't going to renew if my rent increased. I sent a email to them same day. I called and spoke to a manager and resent the email in 10/8/20. Lease ended 11/16/20 and I was charged insufficient notice fee of $1100!!

Gangs hanged out in park wing lot no security whatsoever! Poorly managed. Gotten threats from people who lived here over silly stuff. Not worth what you’re paying at all!!!!!

The place had changed to worst. No attention to the needs of existing residents only for sales.

I love living here. The location of my home is excellent. Its a nice, quiet area for the most part. I have lived here over a year and I plan to stay for as long as I can.

I do not like it here. I rushed in out of desperation because I had to move from my previous address and this place looked nice. Thats about the only positive thing I can say about Lasselle Place, it looked nice. I have not enjoyed living here at all. I feel Im paying too much for what little Im getting.

If you work a full time job and are just looking for a place to lay your head at night, this is it. But be forewarned you may lose sleep and even have your car broken into. Walk ways are filthy with neighbors that love to leave their trash in the common areas. Strange people are always in the lots loitering doing drugs drinking then leaving the trash in the bushes. This place has potential, only if management actually cared to make a difference but they don’t. Plumbing is poor, the fences around the property have holes in them. gang members living with relatives and kids that are ruthless and destructive. But if you don’t mind those things it’s not all that bad. Remember it’s Moreno Valley....

Please don’t be fooled by their “nice” model apartment they show you like my fiancé and I were. I clearly remember asking the person from the leasing office is it safe here? And her response was oh yes it’s all military and nurses here, you will be safe. Hahaha my fiancé’s car has been broken into multiple times. Our neighbors above us are ridiculous with the noise making. All it sounds like for hours on end at ALL hours of the night is furniture dragging, stomping, sounds like the roof is gonna fall down on us. Wanna complain about that? The front office people will tell you to call the non existent security patrol or the non emergency police #. Oh and when I had ants in my house the manager Kandice literally told me “all I can offer you is that you go buy any repellent..” (with lots of sarcasm). We are coming up on one year and will DEFINITELY not be renewing our lease in this dump. DONT BE FOOLED LIKE US PLEASE!!!

Dont be fooled by the aesthetic of this complex. We have lived here just over 2 years and initially it was great, however, we slowly started to realize that this place is way overpriced and overhyped for the security, service/amenties and front office management. Car are regular broken into or damaged by unsupervised children and transients that easily make their way into the complex. Front office management does not honor their business hours constantly closing at random hours. Random inspections for no particular reason. There is no 'security patrol' as advertised. Loud tenants with zero repercussions to them. Buyer beware.

I am on my 4th year lease and Debating to renew or not. I have to agree with review posted below about the kids on their scooters between cars and hallways literally screaming their lungs away. (Which okay I get, they are kids) however it is an annoyance if you are trying to rest on weekend mornings or after a long day of work. The gym has broken mirror, bike has a broken pedal so you are not able to use it. One of the treadmills is always not working. (There’s only about 5 machines total at the gym so this sucks).Mats provides at the gym are dirty , old and ripped. I am on the third floor and I have to complain about my loud neighbors downstairs, nothing has been done. So many cars that are collecting webs, no carport assignment so I have to park really far from my apartment as some of these cars that are never moved always parked right up front. Pool during the summer is always packed with the same rowdy group of tweens/teens with all their friends over without supervision. Making it unsafe for my 8 year old to enjoy the pool. I gave 2 stars because of the sense of security , I am a single mom and have never felt unsafe walking to my apartment from vehicle at night. My vehicle has never been broken into. The maintenance team is great! Quick to assist with whatever issue I am having however the appliances are always breaking and being replaced with other used ones & I know that is out of their control.

I have been living here for just a little over a year. It is quiet and well maintained. My only issue is that I have a noisy upstairs neighbor. I can hear the kids running through the house, jumping up and down, and some times dragging the furniture or something across the floor. Sometimes it is so bad, I think the ceiling is going to come down on my head. I have complained to management but they tell me to report it to the complex security patrol, whom I never see. The kids at the complex tend to ride bikes in the parking lot and sometimes play around the cars. I was away for a weekend to come home to my first windshield being cracked. I reported it to management and the kids stop playing around the cars for a while, but eventually resumed play. My lease is up in July 2019, but I would love to find some place to move before than.
