Property Ratings at Las Mananitas Apartments
This apartment is in a nice location and it’s gated. But parking is the worst with random cars every day parking inside the gates no parking structure at all. Sometimes you have to work across the whole complex. We got this apartment for the pool but it was down all summer and now it’s never clean and hot tub has only been working one month out of the whole year. We had no ice machine the whole time even though we made a work order and we had a leak under our dish washer that went under our carpet that took them awhile to fix and took them forever ever to come fix the leak under our sink which ended up sinking through

I've been here 4 months complaining about my noisy neighbor and now my cars been stolen from behind the "security gates"
This apartment complex used to be so much better. The previous manager really did a good job managing. Things were fixed on time and the grounds were perfect. Over the last year it has gone done big time. The grounds have not been kept as well. The pool area is probably one of the worst. When you sign your lease it is you and maybe one guest. Now there are car loads of people filing in for the free pool. If they can't get in they force their way through the gate behind you or just break it. The quality of tenants used to be good. They did a background check and credit check. Now the place has I presume drug deals with shady people constantly coming and going. Also police doing searches for people on the premise, which almost lead to me being shot while walking my dog in the small grass area by my apartment. The management needs to seriously step up on security and screening of people. As well as service 4 times I have asked they fix my leaky faucet which has now warped the wood under the sink or have a professional spray for bugs now there is cockroaches inside the apartments and black widows. Luxury high end apartment is a joke now.
Living in Las Mananitas has been a wonderful experience seeing that is was my first out of state move. The staff has been very helpful, they went out of their way to ensure that I was familiarized with the area and the locals. Definitely I would recommend the complex to any new resident.
These apartments are great for anyone besides those who love to party. It is a quiet living environment, family friendly, and pet friendly. The apartments are also very roomy and very nice with updated appliances. The pool and workout area are also very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
Las Mananitas is located in the heart of the NW side of Albuquerque. Locals know, "getting across the river" can be a hassle, but with Las mananitas being lcoated between 2 major roads Montano Rd & Paseo Del Norte, as well as being just a couple miles from I-40, navigating from home could not be more convienent. To top off the location for travel, the amenities here at Las Mananitas are second to none. The resort style pool, really is a resort style pool. It's like walking into a California or Arizona resort. Also, unlike other apartments in the nice parts of Albuquerque "NW area" Las Mananitas actually has balconys and patio spaces. Cherry on top, Las Mananitas is eco-friendly, and you will definitely see this reflect on your energy bills. The staff has been more welcoming than any other customer service I've received in Albuquerque. Las Mananitas has truly been a home away from home for me, I will always recommend, and definitely come back if I ever return to Albuquerque when I leave.
