Located 54 miles east of Los Angeles, Colton prides itself on being “a place for fun, a place for commerce.” Found on the Inland Empire region of San Bernardino, this small town lies where Interstate 10 and Interstate 215 cross paths.
Colton’s nickname is “Hub City” and the town houses Colton Crossing, a very busy railroad crossing in the United States. Since its establishment in 1875, Colton has grown into a thriving transportation network with a deep focus on high-quality living for its residents.
Recreation enthusiasts enjoy hiking the Santa Ana River Trail, which spans over 100 miles. Against the tall mountain backdrop, Colton attracts people to its community with simple Southern California living.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Las Brisas
Very friendly and informative
Being a tenant of nearly 16yrs now iv'e always had a great experience but I do have one suggestion to keep the same great staff because as a tenant we develope a relationship with them and they know us by name not just your unit number that would be my one and only thought thank you
In minutes of submitting request I got a response. When they came to fix next day only took about 30 minutes.
There a lot of roaches in the apartment as well gaint spiders because the apartment does get a bit dirty, also laundry problem, if you use quarter you may have to go really early in the morning but it still gets busy and by force have to use a app which by force has to have a minimum of 10 dollars in the app in order to use to dryer so if you have a tight budget we'll then you have to use the app also the parking spaces, they a lot of parking but they are all reserved yet they are not being used at all so if you have two cars by force you have to park one of them in the street where they might be tow and cost you hundreds of dollars
To small for what they charge & they are roach infested !! Been in multiple units and they are the same !
Been here for a year and a half and this place is AWFUL! Much has been said already, but this place is infested with roach-like bugs, neighbors screaming through paper thin walls, and poor quality service. I have to keep the fan on in the bathroom at all times or else it'll start smelling like weed from the neighbors through the vents! Also laughable that they list "overnight guest parking" when they have only FOUR guest spots for the entire complex. No one will want to be here who doesn't have to be so why such crazy limitations??? And guess what else? If your guest takes a chance and parks elsewhere (likely, given that the four spots are always full) they'll get towed by a predatory towing company who has permission to come any time they want! This place is a joke and a nightmare and the people in charge will never do anything to make it better.
Please consider moving to another apartment! This place is horrible I was only here for a year because of my lease but it's infested with roaches! I could hear my neighbors all the time! Their walls are paper thin and don't expect to get a good night sleep! The gate was always broken and anyone from the streets can come in. One of the tenets kept smoking and I couldnt keep my windows open. Their laundry is disgusting and always broken. They recently remodeled the outside but even if they make it look nice it's horrible in the inside. It was not worth paying the price they were asking. Avoid at all cost!
My husband and I moved in as Newly Weds and had no problem with the office. Maintenance is Polite and helpful also quick to get the job done. We have never had a problem with management they have always been courteous and knowledgeable. There has been a lot of great new updates to this property since we moved in, from renovated kitchens to a whole new parking lot and a bbq area renovation. However the building has aged and there is a bit of a pest problem. Office management will have someone come and spray (every tuesday) so they are doing everything they can. All in all for the price and the competence and consistency of the management well worth it.
The ladies in the office are extremely rude and difficult to work with. Maintenance never comes when you put in work orders and they give you stoves with roaches in them.
Gotta say for the way my luck works this is a pretty good find even for a first time buyer. The rooms are nice, the people are quite 90% of the time. Basically it pretty much has what I need. Tho a pool would be nice. Wish it was a bit creeper but in my case it should do for a while.
