Love Living Here!
The association seems to take very good care of the property. They power wash the sidewalks and the interior hallways regularly and they have a lawn service cut the grass and keep all of the trees trimmed. The main reason we love living here is that we share a power grid with the fire station down the street so when a hurricane hits, we're never without power for more than a couple of hours. Parking can be a pain but that's due to people NOT following the rules. Just follow the rules and you won't be towed, simple as that. The security company is fabulous. We feel very safe living here and haven't had any issues. We've been here for 10 years and hope to be able to stay longer.

Worts place to live! Association is the worst! The love towing cars. If you move here you will love a nightmare. Dirty place.

Amazing!
When looking for a one bedroom apartment in Hialeah. I looked at 6 different places but none had the same combination of good price, good amenities and location! As well as super sweet staff and beautiful renovated apartments! Pet friendly and super safe community! I am looking forward to a lease here!
