Nice:)

Over the past couple of years, I’ve truly seen how much effort management puts into creating a respectful and supportive environment. They always do their best to make sure everyone has what they need, and it really shows. I finally feel like management is looking out for everyone, and I couldn’t be more grateful. They are truly amazing!

Management

I have lived here for more than 10 years now, and it's been a super long time we had a good manager to do all the property duties ! Jesann ( our current manager) does an amazing job! When we need a service done ! She's fast ! Very Good at communicating ! Let's not forget the friendly contractors who show up as soon as there's a fixing problem!

New Owners/Management is Great!

Going on 2 years. New owners/management came in about 6 months ago and are great! Each time I've had a concern, they've responded and completed work within a day or two. Very satisfied with this place so far.

Horrible

Please stay away! This place is a scam. The landlord wont reply to you for months, the "property manager" is not a real property manager and she lives on site and has no idea what shes doing. If she has a concern or question for you, you would think she would email, text or call you to set up a good time for everyone to sit down and talk. NO. She bangs on your door over and over again until you answer! does not matter the time or day. The neighbors are noisy and rude, Everyone smokes inside. Cars constantly getting broken into, and apartments get broken into. But the landlord informed us all that he will never be getting cameras because it costs too much.
