Property Ratings at Larkspur at Creekside a 55+ Active Adult C...
Some ups and downs....paperwork is hardest. Appreciate having residents that have shown me where the elevator is, etc. Elizabeth has been very patient with me....especially if I'm stressed about moving.
My experience living here for the past year has been a pleasant one. All the residents are so nice and willing to help with anything they can. I like that it is so close to shops and restaurants. I feel really safe here and enjoy how peaceful it is, without a lot of noise. Elizabeth from the front office is always nice and willing to answer any questions you may have and very helpful.
My experience was very good when Victoria and Joel and Michele were here. Not so good now.
Is the best community I have ever lived at. would recommend to anyone i meet. Look foward to meeting new friends each day at different activities, Great staff and they are always help and nice.
Very good until as of late when some of good management left.
I have been here almost two years and the community seems to have declined during this time. The management team has changed completely without any improvement. The complex is only maintained on the first floor. The elevator alarm has been buzzing for months. Residents do not clean up after their animals. One of the back doors of the complex is broken most so the time which is a security issue. The rent prices are very high and there is no incentive giving to renew your lease.
Larkspur is a beautiful place with great residents that take care of each other. Larkspur gives you the opportunity to meet people and make new friends. This is the first place that I have actually felt safe and able to sleep at night without a worry. It is also in close proximity to shops, movie theatre, grocery stores and restaurants. It is the ideal place to live especially if do not like to drive far, but yet close enough to jump on I-35 for a longer trip.

It's everything I wanted for a first time experience (so many years later) in apartment living. I appreciate the friendly faces, the dog park, the walking of the dog - there are so many places to go. It's just been the best experience here.
Maintenance here at Larkspur is always efficient and in my apartment the next day after submit request.
I love the people and all the amenities!! The facility is so clean and all the fun activities and exercise classes are a great plus!! I appreciate the staff who are always willing to help and answer questions!
Overall my experience here has been very good. However, more care needs to be given in regards to the landscaping and maintenance of the property.

Larkspur is a great place to live many things to do.. and making new friends. There’s social hour on Thursday lots of good food playing bingo and arts and crafts
Great community to live in. Friendly neighbors and great staff.
I enjoy the amenities and staff though we keep losing staff to higher paying jobs. Also need another cleaning lady because one person is not enough.

I've really enjoyed the comarderie, the socials, day trips and gym exercise. But I must say that the staff is what keeps this place running so well. Joel is a amazing manager.. always hands on, patient and charming. Kristina is so sweet and will do her best to please and help with any questions. Michelle, our Activity Coordinator, keeps us so busy. Her schedule is packed with fun and laughter. She's always upbeat and smiling. I don't know how she does so much. Elizabeth is kind, considerate and always willing to listen.. she's a great asset. This team is what makes our home here so happy and alive. We NEVER want to see any of them leave us. We appreciate their hard work every day. And have made them part of our family.

Great place to live ! So many activities, Great food provided. great activities provided,,we get to have music to celebrate different holidays,, and a nice happy hour get together where wine and beer provided, Beautiful community,, Cottages are comfortable and really well decorated,, beautiful inside and the kitchen is great ,, the staff so helpful, and willing to help Fun card game day ,, fun bingo days ,, Gym is always clean and ready to be used ,outdoor games fun , swimming pool great Spa is great and available all the time,
This place is not perfect, but from what I hear it is way better than other complexes You have to look at all the activities that are offered at no charge

I have been living here for 5 months now and still loving every minute of it. I have never felt so safe and cared for since I moved in here. Having been an apartment locator for 27 years I got to know most of the apartments here in New Braunfels, San Antonio and Austin areas. This community is by far the best one of all! Unfortunately, I have not been able to socialize as much as I would like due to a couple of deaths in my family, but as I am able I intent to take advantage of the wonderful activities that Larkspur at Creekside has to offer. I love this place!
The building and surrounding property is always kept so clean and neat. I am very proud to bring my family and visitors here to my apartment to share my home.
Larkspur living is a wonderful experience. I made the best decision ever to move here. Residents, staff and activities are awesome. I have only positive comments.

Been here for a year and a half. Activities have been great and fun. Meet alot great people, some friends here and look forward to continued stay. The Maintenace personal do an excellent job in addressing any issures quickly. Our cleaning crew keep the common areas in great condition and clean.
Larkspur is fun , accommodating, beautiful, great lifestyle director , And I would stay forever if rent stays reasonable,,
Just passed my one year anniversary here at Larkspur and most everything is going great. My only disappointment is that the landscaping is not being taken care of properly and has been going downhill since I moved here. Pretty sad to see.
