Great amenities and common areas, but absolutely terrible WiFi. Supposed to be for students, but i kid you not, I’ve lived here for an entire year and the WiFi has NOT been fixed fully. It still turns off randomly, and is never reliable for what is supposed to be a student apartment. Data doesn’t work either with the poor connection inside of the rooms. Definitely don’t recommend at all.

I've been at lapis for a while now, almost 2 years, and it has overall been a great experience. The office is helpful, and Valentina helped me go over my renewal and the rates. If u wanna have the best student housing experience come to Lapis, the pool/6th floor looks like its a set from a movie, and there's free coffee.

I have been living at Lapis since they opened and I love it! The office and management are truly understanding and knowledgeable. Any issue you have no matter how big or small they do their best to address it! The apartments themselves are gorgeous and very spacious considering its student housing! Great place to live to finish your degree. Plenty amenities and study spaces and the building is basically new since 2023!

It’s always an internet outage like every 2 days. Pool area close at 10PM can’t have no guest over after 7 because there’s no parking or else they get towed. Doors of the building is broken and and elevators too. Rent is too HIGH for a new building and to have the many troubles. DONT DO IT!!!!!!
