It's wonderful living here! The staff are all so friendly and very prompt whenever you need anything. I really appreciate the digitized tools for paying rent, maintenance requests, and earning rewards for paying on time! I also really enjoy the pool with my 18month old, and the gym is always kept clean and very high-end. It's in walking distance to HEB and the outlet mall and we enjoy the location!

Community is nice and everyone is friendly. But not everyone is picking up after their pets. The amenities are by far my favorite feature cause who doesn’t love a free gym and year round pool.

Everything about the apartment complex is great except the lack of communication. It’s extremely hard calling the office, I ended up going to the office just to get an update. Also with having a two yo and a 9 mo old puppy, my downstairs neighbor hates us already. They’ve expressed their hate through banging on the ceiling. (FYI I live on the 4th floor) We had to go down and explain that we just moved in and we are trying really hard to keep the noise down. Overall, everything else is great.

I love my apartment community. It is close to shopping and to the grocery store. I don’t have to drive. I can just walk. My apartment is nice and love grilling in the courtyard.

10 months later, and I still love my house, the amenities, the dog park. I also like the fact that maintenance are very fast whenever you need them to come.

Cozy place. Staff is very nice, helpful, and welcoming. Location is awesome. This place has lots of things to do. Gym is great. I love all the stores that are in walking distance. Parking is decent, the only thing I disagree is the car alarms in the middle of the night. I think people forget where they park and sound their alarms to find the car. This disrupts my sleep. But otherwise is a nice place.

Love the community. Amazing apartment with great staff that works here. Have yet to try the pool but it’s on my lists of try’s along with the fire pits !

I love this place, the girls in the office are great, everyone is so nice and who don’t like shopping, they outlet mall is a walk away, the stores are around the corner, the convenience of everything is why this place is so great

I like living here. The gym is nice and always clean, i can always find parking, and maintenance is wonderful. Every time i have made a request they come fix it immediately without issue.

I loved so many features and people during my time here. Timely responses, great customer service, clean and safe amenities. The only thing I’d change is some sense of security. With the gates not working most of the time, it did not feel like a gated community. Which was a big thing for me when I settled on this complex and it just seemed like half the time they were broken.

Nice community. Mainly friendly neighbors and staff. I would add more stars but for the price we pay there should be some sort of security or cameras as our vehicle was broken into our first week of moving in.

As a resident, this apartment home is nice and I love the gym, pool and the awesome staff members. The parking garage is also. Residents need to slow down when driving through the garage

The staff here are beyond exceptional; they’re not just property managers, they’re like family. Always responsive, friendly, and eager to assist with any need, big or small. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and meticulously maintained. The attention to detail in every aspect of the design truly sets Lantana apart. Whether it’s the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen or the luxurious finishes in the bathrooms, every inch of these apartments exudes elegance and comfort. The amenities are outstanding, offering everything from a state-of-the-art fitness center to a sparkling swimming pool and relaxing outdoor lounges. It’s like living in a five-star resort year-round!
My experience has been pretty good no complaint the past few months I can honestly say the best part about living here is the ability to walk to the outlets and never have to worry about riding in circles trying to find a parking spot to shop
I had a wonderful experience and got in an apartment as fast as I needed one. All my emails have been promptly responded to. They answer my questions with great customer service.
The facilities are pretty good, but the sound of the fan running is noisy and communication is difficult when I need to contact someone urgently.
Leasing office has been amazing. The community is close to everything great area. Nice pool and dog park. Everything is pretty clean as well.
Just moved in a love my place. So far it has been a great experience. All the amenities are great and the location is perfect. I am glad I chose Lantana.

Lantana of Round Rock has one of the best choices I've made as far as apartment's are concerned. The amenities are very nice, all but the one that is missing. Thus is why I only gave them a 4 out of five stars. The one that is missing is camera surveillance in the hallways and mainly in the garage. A secured garage cannot be considered as so if non-resident's can just walk freely about without challenge.

As a first-time renter, I was understandably nervous about the whole process. However, my experience at Lantana Apartments has been nothing short of fantastic, thanks to the incredible staff and welcoming community. The Lantana Staff made me feel right at home. They patiently answered all my questions, guided me through the paperwork, and ensured I understood every detail of my lease. Their friendliness and professionalism immediately put my mind at ease, making the transition seamless. One of the unexpected joys of living here has been the sense of community. I’ve made friends with several of my neighbors, which has made my time here even more enjoyable. As a fellow fur-parent, I was thrilled to find that Lantana is a pet-friendly place. My dog has made quite a few friends too! The designated pet areas and the pet-friendly atmosphere have been perfect for us. It has been great! Management been wonderful and maintenance has been out standing. Perfect area for almonds of things to do. Mall shopping, movie theater, lots of restaurants.

We 1000% regret moving here! There’s a guy in our hall who always props the door open to our hall with rocks or cardboard while smoking out the entire hallway. The gates are alwaysss broken so there’s really no point in having them at this point, took forever to get them up and now they never work. Walls are paper thin and the property is dirty looking from the patios to trash being thrown all over.There are no cameras in the garage so goodluck if your car gets hit!

I love my stay here. I am about to move to a bigger unit. I do feel safe. I know there are some problems like trash overflowing but those are mostly people problem. The apartment complex maintenance people are amazing and pretty quick. The staff at the office are amazing and very approachable. I guess the only thing I do not like is some of the packages can’t be delivered through fetch. I wanted to do an insurance claim on my phone, but they can’t send it to a commercial address(fetch). But that is a small trade for the much more positive sides of staying here. The location of the apartment is also so convenient, everything is close to me. The only thing also is if they would add cameras in the garage area, that would be great!

The staff take useful steps to improve issues. That is more than most places around here. It should be appreciated. Move in was promised and written in the lease to be accompanied by a $750 gift card from Community Rewards. Mine is two months late and counting. I know not the staffs fault but i cant get a straight answer on it. Thats is unacceptable.

Any time we have an issue (which we seldom do) management is prompt and professional about getting it taken care of. They go out of their way to make sure everything is handled and is no loose ends.

It has been nice living at Lantana! The amenities are great. The only issue at times is a lot of “emergency issues” happen. Other than that it has been great living here.

The actual apartment unit is great. Large size, new appliances. There is a dog park that we use daily. But there’s not much green area for the pups to investigate. While it seems convenient to live in the parking lot of a luxury outlet mall, it makes the walkability of the area very difficult. There is an open parking garage, but parking is horrible. On every level, there are stairs between the garage and the actual building. If you are a person with disabilities, there will be difficulty entering and exiting the building. Management also makes it difficult to get reasonable accommodations like a handrail outside of the shower or even additional handicap parking spaces. Packages only come from Fetch. Amazon, UPS and FedEx will not deliver here. The building is not secure, which makes for a lot of stolen packages. On another note, this is one of the only properties in the area that allows all dog breeds! My suggestion, consider all your options before moving to this community.
