The grounds look very nice and are well kept. We have the best amenities, offering 3 pools. The maintenance response is fast. We have friendly staff. The remodeled units are very nice. The new gym and clubhouse look great.

Bell Lansbrook ticks all the boxes for our family. The amenities are high-quality and convenient. The staff is responsive and helpful. The grounds are well-maintained, and the community itself is conveniently located near excellent schools and services.

Maintenance is super fast. Staff is friendly and accommodating (shout out to Marie!) and the grounds are maintained beautifully. Very happy with everything so far.

We enjoy it here. It is very beautiful! The pool is great. All of the staff have been great, but the maintenance team is fast and responsive as well. They impressed me the most so far. I am very impressed by the entire experience here so far.

Bell Lansbrook Village is in a great location. In a top school district! We have three beautiful pools with large pool decks, nice furniture, resort like setting.

I’ve had an amazing experience. I truly call this place home. There is a sense of community here and people have respect for each other here.

I have only been a resident for 2 days now. So far my experience has been great! Nadia has been so helpful in my renting process. And the first time I walked into my new home I was welcomed with house warming gifts that were much appreciated not only by me but my children were even more impressed. I wish I had a video of their reaction.

this place is very clean, quiet, and the people are very friendly. Everything is modern here. no more living back in the 80s like our old apartment, which was charging the same rent.

It’s okay overall, but there are some things that could be improved. One of my main concerns is with the amenities — we should be given the option to decide whether we want to pay for them, instead of having the cost included automatically in our rent or fees. Not everyone uses the amenities, so it doesn’t seem fair to be charged regardless. The apartment community itself is decent — maintenance usually responds in a reasonable time, and the grounds are generally kept clean. However, more transparency and flexibility when it comes to fees would definitely improve the living experience. Giving residents more choice in what they’re paying for would go a long way in showing respect for different needs and budgets

I absolutely love the community at Bell Lansbrook! The neighbors are friendly, and it feels so welcoming from the moment you arrive. Maintenance always stays on top of my needs—quick, efficient, and super reliable. The staff is great, and the whole property is clean and peaceful. It really feels like home here!

Awesome place! Love the amenities. Shani was so great for helping us out. Have found some bugs around the house though! Maintenance team is amazing had trouble with AC sent out request at 6:30am they were here at 8:30 and got it fixed by 12! Amazing :)

Positive Interactions, but Watch Out for Lease Renewals Living in this community definitely has its ups and downs. The main drawback is that when you renew your lease, the price will likely increase, even if similar apartments nearby are going for $200-$300 less. It's something to be aware of if you plan on long-term residency. However, my interactions with the local office staff have always been overwhelmingly positive. The managers genuinely go out of their way to help! I've personally spoken with Shyni, Nadia, Mackenzie, and Ashlyn, and every single one of them has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. They're always willing to work with residents' requests and genuinely try to find the best rental options available. Their dedication to customer service is a huge plus for this community.

Great apartment community!!! Excellent office personnel. Location, location, location!!! Most everything is nearby, banks, grocery store, restaurants, golf courses, churches, automobile shops, etc.!!!

Great, quiet community that is close in proximity to everything. Pools are very nice and the gym upgrades are great! Office personnel are very friendly and easy to work with.

We moved from out of state and couldn't get here before the office closed. They made sure that we were still able to get into our apartment even though the office was closed. The office staff also left some little welcoming items. They were so thoughtful!

dog friendly community. three swimming pools and a gym. there is a playground and a Publix store is located nearby. Elementary school has a high rating.

I'm new here so don't have too much to say yet the leasing office staff is really nice and helpful great communication the grounds look pretty good happy with the buildings and the amenities are pretty great

It's like living in a vacation-land. everything is always clean and being actively improved upon. great communication from the management. the service and maintenance staff are awesome coming and fixing things pretty much as soon as you submit a request. the gym is great. the poools are phenomenal. the new community center is like having co-working space for remote workers with everythign you'd expect from an office, but more. you can step out an take a dip in the pool on lunch or use the many community grills to cook up something. 10/10 would recommmend. i would say it's the people that akes it special, but people have to take a backseat to the amazing pet parade that's going on on every street and every pet park here. haven't tried the tennis courts but bounced a few basketballs.

We love our apartment and all the super friendly neighbors. We plan to live here for the extended future. We are both now retired and looking forward to taking advantage of community amenities.

This is my favorite community. It is always clean, huge green area, clean pools, cool neighbors, wonderful responsive staff and service. Our family is very happy to live here.

It’s a really nice and peaceful place to live. Much quieter than the high-rises we used to live in, which makes a big difference. We love the calm atmosphere and overall sense of comfort here.

Just moved in last week and absolutely love it! All employees and residents have been SO nice. I can't wait to start using the amenities!! I had a couple of maintenance issues but I was able to get assistance with those in a timely manner. Everyone's kindness has been greatly appreciated.

We love this community. We feel safe here. The only thing we don’t like is the buildings made out of wood and we hear every thing upstairs. But we are fixing that by going to Hampton !

As far as reviews go it is my opinion that nothing is perfect so giving 5 stars is a no. I gave 4 stars for this community after living here going on my third year with more positives than negatives. I do not like that there is no covered parking along with the price of rent for a one bedroom with only one door in and out, and no patio. Otherwise, it’s a good place to enjoy Florida living with a location that leaves unlimited options.

Bell Landsbrook is a nice quiet community with a real family feel to it. The grounds are well maintained and the staff attentive to the residents.

The amenities are so beautiful, bell Lansbrook is always clean, they work hard to keep everything looking beautiful. The workers here are so friendly, they celebrate so many things and we get to enjoy it, I love it here.

I truly enjoy my time here. The amenities down to the neighborhood really gives me pride in calling this place my own. Thank you guys for always putting the residents first and for always making sure our needs are met.

This neighborhood is wonderful! Everyone is so kind, the office is wonderful, maintenance is great! 3 pools, new renovations, stunning upgrades - Lansbrook is doing it right and I’m happy to call Lansbrook Village home.

Great community. Not noisy at all at night or during the day. Very convenient location to everything. Neighbors are great and staff is excellent. Pools are kept clean and so is the neighborhood. I’ve lived here for 3 years now and it’s been upgrading every year with new amenities and apartment homes.

Great community with many different housing options and great amenities. Walking distance from Publix and many different restaurants. It could use some more sidewalks to make walking around the community safer but otherwise it’s very nice.

There is always something going on, whether it be activities or food trucks visiting. And that creates an interesting environment. The residents are nice. The areas always well kept.

We love living here - the neighborhood is relatively quiet. Maintenance is super helpful and punctual when needed. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also host a lot of events for residents that is so nice, super dog friendly too!

Absolutely have been loving this community since moving in last year! The grounds are always very well taken care of. Whenever you have any questions or concerns the staff is always very polite and helps to solve the issue. Maintenance team is also very fast with any work orders needed.

My move-in experience was excellent. The office staff were very pleasant and helpful at walking me thru every step of the process, and the maintenance people I have met so far were extremely prompt, efficient, and informative. I absolutely love the ease and multiple functions that are available on the SmartRent app and the ability to make payments thru RentCafe. The property is clean and attractive, which is indicative of a well-managed organization. I have been updated frequently by emails about necessary alerts and current events. I would recommend this property to anyone seeking an apartment home lifestyle.

Very happy with my stay at Lance Brook Village. Beautiful green area, which is constantly looked after, leaves are removed and garbage is regularly taken out. There are practically no people on the street. You can meet deer, crocodiles and birds walking around. In case of any problems, they react very quickly and fix everything right away. The neighbors are wonderful.

I have loved living in Bell Lansbrook Village over the last 7 years. I love my apartment and my community. I love that we have a new gym and three pools to choose from. I feel very safe in my home.
