The amenities are very nice and well taken care of here. The office staff are friendly and do events for residents. Maintenance is great at handling any issues you many have as well. The indoor mailboxes, trash room, heated pool, package room, gym, and free coffee bar sold us on this apartment. It's really convenient and the location is awesome. There are so many things within walking distance! It's really worth it.

They go through property managers often. They do not give a rats a— about their tenants and find ways to screw you over. The business owners downstairs even have issues with management. As you enter building 5247 - it stinks like raw sewage at times, I’m assuming from the salon next door. The pool is hardly ever clean when it’s open. Parking is a nightmare. Tenants complain of mold in their apartments and their packages being stolen from the shared locker room where packages are delivered. This place is dressed up trash and I would never recommend. There are over 30 complaints on BBB within the last year!
Bad experience from start to finish. I moved into a dirty unit and an unusable washing machine due to how much dirt was built up inside of it. First, it took three work orders to get them to clean it properly. Then, as I was emailing management to try to remedy the other cleanliness issues, they stopped responding to me. Allowing a new tenant to move into a dirty unit AND not responding to their emails seems totally unacceptable. I only ended up staying four months because of this. When I left and went through their extremely costly lease breakage process, management refused to acknowledge that their had been any failure on their part. They even pulled up the carpet to ask if stains under it had been from me, even though I told them when I moved in that the carpet was already dirty and I had no pets. Felt like all they cared about was getting as much money as possible from me.
I would give Landmark lofts a 5/5 for the time we lived here, however after we moved out, they decided to charge us $1,000 to replace the carpet. We had one small (less than 6 inch) tear in the carpet by the wall from our puppy. Very steep and shady charge. We also had to call them to ask if we had any charges as they did not let us know and our access to the online rent portal (rentcafe) has been revoked.

Really nice place to live! New complex but not identical to everything going up in Columbus right now. Great facilities, community, and location. Just 5 minutes from 270 but within easy walking distance to Old Hilliard. It's the place to be right now!
I was charged $772 for “pet urine saturated carpets” in both bedrooms. I had a dog for 3 of my 16 months living at Landmark and when I did have my dog, I rarely stayed there because it was a tough area to raise a puppy with broken glass, trash, and dog waste all over. I never let my dog in either of the carpeted bedrooms, yet I was billed for the saturated carpet which had about 5 or 6 urine stains under both carpets. It was 100% not from my dog, but there was no way to prove that and Management was impossible to work with. I left that place spotless so imagine my surprise when I didn’t get 1 cent back from my deposit but instead had to pay $272 in addition to the lost $500 deposit. I am still shocked that this happened but there is nothing I can do about it so I had to chalk it up and pay the fine and walk away. Just happy I’m not living there anymore.
Kept deposit and charging me 850.00 for new bedroom carpet that they claim had small water spots underneath it. The photo they showed me could have been from anywhere and no way to validate. Only used apt 3-4 night per week for work assignment, no wall hanging, no cooking, and spotless when I left it, only a bed, recliner, and tv in it. Although my work was extended for another year I only moved at end of lease due to odor and sanitary conditions outside my patio door where numerous pets were brought to potty.
Beautiful flowers are planted are the community ever year. The people in the office are great-no issues.
The staff is great but the hallways always smell really bad ...Instead of building a real trash compactor I guess the owner was being cheap . But they actually have a open room where you literally just throw the trash in a room. Honestly it's the most disgusting thing I have ever dealt with and I have lived in a lot of apts .
