This place is truly the worst! ROACHES everywhere, pool NEVER open, staff never answers the phone to help answers questions, and maintenance requests getting fixed? Forget about it! Please keep looking for different places to live! Yes it is cheap but it’s not worth it!! They don’t care about their residents at all!
Best property I’ve ever lived at! Delishea is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Anytime I have a maintenance request they jump right on it! Would highly recommend living here!

Terrible once you sign the lease its down hill from there. Brittany should have been fired long time ago she is very unprofessional and inexperienced when dealing with customers and resolving issues. They find every reason to charge for something, pool is never open when it should be because they dont properly clean it , you pay for trash but they let it pile up for days so you are storing trash in your apart to avoid another unecesssary fee and once you ever have an issue with brittany she harasses you until finally you decide to move out so you wont have to deal with it. I never cause problems never missed a payment to want to deal with the unprofessionalism that this management company represents. Please reconsider they go up tremendously on rent only to recently make minor changes like painting to make it look presentable to the eye but believe me everything that glitters isnt gold. We are definitely paying for all modifications in rent increases and miscellaneous charges they come up with. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEACH AND BELIEVE THE REVIEWS BECAUSE IM HAVING SOME OF THE SAME ISSUES.

The apartments are really nice and neat. However, the staff here are horrible, especially the manager. If you can i would advise avoiding the front office as much as possible. They will try to screw you over ,lie ,and create violations out of nothing.Yes we’re tenants . But, we’re still considered “customers” as well. If you cannot provide customer service to your current residents why would future residents want to rent here? It effects the morale of the company and the apartments. Something to think about ? I would advise upper management preferably the owner(s) to host proper training for their employees. At the end of the day they’re representing your business.
I've lived at the landings over 2 years now and I love this place. Well maintained apartments, community events happening year round, the most considerate neighbors I've ever known. The staff are attentive and more often than not you can get any work orders completed the same day or the next if it's late. Stop by if you have any doubts, ask for a tour and see why I'm proud to call The Landings home. (Not affiliated with the landings, just a happy resident)
Thank God we are leaving too and not even bothered to finish our lease here it so bad. 1. Privacy, these people find any excuse in the book to access your apartment and things that we as tenants feel we should have a choice in they make it mandatory to access your apartment. To the point that we got suspicious and placed a little camera in the main living area that records only when movement is detected. We were at work with no one home, there was no notice and no note left to say they were going to be in our apartment or that they were there. I received an email as soon as the camera detected someone in our apartment, it was maintenance doing nothing but take pictures of our place. 2 They seem to have a budy-budy thing going on here, we have seen so many violations with regards their rules and regulations and nothing is being done about these violators. Had a chat with a fellow tenant who seem to have the inside scoop and told us flat out " if they like you, they allow you to get away with anything". 3 The type of tenants they allow to move in here, some of these people are just plain disgusting! Anything from drugs to littering. They claim there is a police officer that lives here and they would use it as a big selling point, guess what you hardly ever see the police officer. Random tow trucks make there way in here and come and tow any car they feel and nearly towed the wrong car away. 4 If you have children this place is a big no-no! The speed limit is only indicated on the gate at 10mph some of these people drive like they are still on the toll road, very unsafe with children playing around. 5 Speaking of the toll road, there is an enormous amount of road noise from 161, through all the hours of the day. 6 The turn over in staff is unbelievable! Not even they, last here. Guess it's all down to the manager of this place. Very unhappy, rude, unprofessional and nothing like what some of the other people wrote. She does not care about you as a tenant at all its all about where she can squeeze a last few dollars out of you. She would have her office staff run around and stick all sorts of documentation on your door. Even important stuff like lease agreements. We received a late notice once stuck on our door, come to find out it was the people below us. But it was filled with all their personal details. Wonder how many people gain access then to other people's personal info through this mistake.

This is my first time renting an apartment and Landings have made my first time experience AWESOME! If you're looking for quiet, clean, and well kept apartment for a reasonable price then Landings is the place for you!!!
It's a good place to live Its private and quiet. I've had no issues. The only thing I don't like is that it's far away from shopping and my family. It would be good to have everything local to me.
