The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Manager at Landings at Coconut Creek, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your five-star rating and for sharing your experience at Landings at Coconut Creek, Leyanet. It's so nice to hear that you have been treated to exceptional customer service by Miss Isabel, and that you're happy with our quiet community. We appreciate your feedback, and hope that you have a wonderful residency.
Me and my husband are from out of state and we came down about a two months ago to apartment hunting because we are trying to relocate down there. The community and apartments themselves are really nice. I cant even lie. HOWEVER...it sucks that its ruined by their rude management. The lady that gave us the tour was super friendly at first. But when it got down to the nitty gritty of applying, especially us being so far, her friendly and helpfulness" attitude changed. She emailed us the application, we filled it out and emailed it back. Then we call and call and call (THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES THERE) we still need some papers to be signed. Cool. We fill the missing paperwork and send it again. My husband even took off from work to make it trip down there to make sure all of our papers were in order. You would think if the person made the effort to travel down you would make sure that everything that is needed to be signed is signed. Well that wasn't the case and there was still "missing paperwork" because they needed originals and not electronic copies and signatures. But mind you she hasn't told us these things. We are waiting and waiting to get an update and NOTHING. So i call yesterday (we have been at this for weeks now) and after 30-40 mins of redialing I finally get through to someone. The assistant property manager answers rude not friendly or helpful., with the stank attitude like...what do you want. He tells me he's the assistant...to bad that when I asked for his "assistance" is correcting the issue he just forwards the call to the stupid lady we've been going around in circles with. She ended up saying that everything I had told her was wrong and we were the ones that were non compliant. So cancelled everything then and there. Obviously these two have no clue about a thing called customer service. All I really wanted was to be helped and shown they were willing to do whatever it took to fix anything that needed to be fixed. If they both would have came off differently, just willing to help and being understanding to their frustrated customer...maybe the situation could've been resolved. For anyone who' s moved out of state (especially for the first time) can agree that the process to find a new home is incredibly stressful. And it makes it even more stressful when people who are supposed to be helping you settle in to a new place are making the process worse.
Whatever it takes, find a different place to live. I regret signing the lease to this apartment.
My place is economically challenging for me but considering the area around I'm forced to stay here. Not only do I have to pay rent; I also have to pay my own water and trash. Barely staying above water, I could use the help just to get back on my feet.
I need an apartment with more space and rooms. Management is great but i need space.
I have lived at the Fisherman Landing now known as Landings of Coconut Creek for three years. With the new management taking over the apartments have been looking great. The staff is very friendly and maintenance keep the property looking great. It is a great place to live and close to everything. There is bus stop right in front of the apartments to help you get where you to to go. Great places to shop and eat, even a casino all within walking distance. We have a Tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool and a gym to help you stay active which is kept well maintained at all times. The inside of the apartments have a walk in closet in both bedrooms, two full bath, wash room with washer and dryers and a very nice screen in patio so you can relax without the bugs attacking you.
The Fishermans Landing apartments offers spacious 1 and 2 bedroom wiith professional staff and lots of amenities . The landscape is well maintained and provides a safe and secure place for all it's residents. I would recomend these apartments to any one searching for a 1 or 2 bedroom place to call home. Excelent complex for all.
This apartment is located within walking distance from shops, supermarket, gas stations and bus stops. Also zoned within walking distance from a grade a high school. The apartments are located in a well maintained scenic area. There are amenities such as a pool and racquetball court. Also located within two miles of a shopping promenade with a new movie theater. C. annakie-lewis. Broward county FL.
My apartment is a nice one bed one bath with a spacious kitchen a a decent carpeted living room and dinning room. Its perfect for just starting on your own or for newly moved in couples. In short its a cute start
I currently live at Coconut Creek Landing (under new mgmt), formally Fisherman Landing. At the time when I moved to Fisherman Landing in January, it was a disaster. The management company told me that I lost my apartment and could not move in because the current resident is still living there. Even though, I signed a document that said I would be able to move in on a certain date and submitted my deposit, the management company had stipulations in fine writing. I was so stressed out because I now have no where to live. The management company basically slammed the door in my face. It took me months to find a new apartment that was affordable and I just couldn't go through it again. Finally, I called Fisherman Landing and said they need to do something to accommodate me. They said I can live in another apartment until the current resident moved out. I didn't want to move twice because I have no family to help and to pay movers twice was costly. In the end, the resident moved out and I got the apartment two days before my move in date. The apartment smelled like smoke, the paint was still wet, the bathroom needed to be repaired, along with the washer and dryer doors. It wasn't the best living conditions, but it was a place to live. We are now under new management at Coconut Creek Landing, and the management company is painting, plating flowers and trees, new grass, and they repaved the roads for the residents because there was a lot of holes in the road. They even changed my washer and dryer doors. Things seems to be looking on the brighter side with the new management at Coconut Creek Landing.
