Property Ratings at Lancaster Midtown
When I was looking for apartments in the area I stumbled upon this one and eventually I started comparing all others to this location. For the money and the location I couldn’t be happier or find a better place. The office, Cassie and Heather, have been amazing. Very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The apartment itself was clean and the one maintenance request I put in was handled within 24 hours. Pool and gym are nice! There is also an Amazon drop box is great so the packages don’t sit outside and get damaged or worse. My only gripe so far is that I wish there was more parking on Greenridge. The appliances work and are sufficient but could be better, especially the dishwasher. Since moving in I’ve talked to many people that has lived or knew someone that’s lived here and has good things to say about Lancaster Midtown. I am so far happy about my choice to stay here. I update my review as necessary but until and update comes across assume all above statements have not changed.
I’ve been here 3 years and now I’m upgrading to a 3br townhouse. Can’t wait. Police regularly patrol, so it stays safe. They always have community events and food truck Fridays too!

I moved to Lancaster Midtown in February. It was a necessary move and Andi and Cassie went out of there way to make me feel comfortable ! They answered all my questions and made this move enjoyable. I love the space my daughter and I have ;). The pool is definitely our favorite part! It’s always clean and they even have a community grill for dinner after a great day at the pool. I love it here!
