The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Lamplighter
I scheduled a showing with one of the contact persons and they stood me up. The staff just wants a job that pays well not a job they can be useful at.
I’ve lived here 2 years now and have really enjoyed it. We were looking for an affordable place with an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and covered parking. This hit all those boxes and was the most affordable apartment we found in Madison. I work at UW hospital and the drive is very reasonable, 10-12 minutes depending on the time of day. We chose a 2 bedroom and our guests often comment about how much space we have. It can get pretty hot in the summer without central air, but we were willing to sacrifice this for how reasonable the rent is. When we have maintenance concerns we get help promptly which I really appreciate.
Very convenient place to live. Quiet neighbors and attentive property managers.
Very good atmosphere around, in the center of city hence easy access to Malls and other essential stores with affordable rent structure. Management is good and is quick to respond to all the requests in no time. I would recommend this place to rent :)
