Located less than an hour south of Houston, Clute is a thriving city located just off the Gulf Coast. This park-like city provides plenty of recreation as well as a peaceful atmosphere to settle down. Head to Mammoth Lake for 55 acres of water that allow for a unique diving experience, since the lake is filled with several interesting artifacts to enjoy. Interesting artifacts are a defining feature of Clute, as two mammoth fossils were found here. Head to the Center for the Arts and Science, home to the Brazosport Art League, the Brazosport Museum of Natural Science, the Brazosport BASF Planetarium, and Brazosport Center Stages, to learn more about the creatures that used to roam around the Gulf Coast. The Center also features the most extensive collection of seashells in the south, art exhibits, plays, musicals, and a planetarium. The other parts of Clute are residential and hold plenty of rental options.

So far so good, nothing to complain about. Office personnel are nice and helpful. Move in experience was quick and easy. Everything done online. Pool loos nice and clean. Plenty of parking.

I enjoy the community as it is quiet and is maintained fairly well. The reasons my rating is only a 3 are due to the infestation of roaches in the apartment, as well as the lack of quality of cabinets and counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom.

I've had a few issues upon first moving in. They were handled very promptly and efficiently. That really impressed me!! It was very easy putting in the service request which made me very happy. The maintenance men are extremely nice and really make sure they get the job done correctly the first time!! I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment complex and the people that work here.

Pretty fine place to live. Location and noise levels are not too bad and almost everyone seems friendly. Watch your step in the grass though ??.

My family and I love it here. Lawn is Always kept cut and maintained. We enjoy fishing at the lake. Our neighbors are nice and quiet. The people who runs the apartments are very nice and quick to resolve any issues we may had.

I lost everything during the hurricane, the team was ready they were and have been extremely helpful and nice. I would have liked to have better flooring when I moved in, but it’s livable. But I do wish the roaches would be taken care of seeing how I’m paying for it

The people are great and the view of the lake is the best. The units them self are a perfect size for someone who is living alone. It's a good place to live right next to the college and your between clute Freeport and lakejackson so it's the prime spot to be a shower or even a dasher.

Everything is going fine so far it's nice and quiet The only thing I did not like is people writing their bicycles on the sidewalks through the apartments that is how it calls me to fall

They are infested with roaches. No amount of spraying or cleaning gets rid of them. The office people doesn’t care about the residents. All they want to do is raise your rent.

The apartment's are kept up fairly well, I think the laundry rooms need a update, would like to see the trash when people dispose it sometimes make it in the container.

I have been here 10 months and really feel safe here. The here are very professional and pleasant to deal with. That includes everyone from administrative staff to maintenance lawn care etc. I have already renewed my lease and would highly recommend any one looking for an apartment to come to Lake Vue.
Perfect spot! This place is cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with everything you need close by. Quiet neighbors, safe area, and management is super responsive to any requests. Really feels like home—couldn’t ask for more in an apartment!
We have had a good experience so far. The maintenance is very quick with resolving issues it seems, so that's great! We are new so still unpacking and learning the community, but so far so good!
I appreciate the attentiveness and follow through of the staff with maintenance calls. My personal experience has been great so far. Thank you for the accomodations. ??

Ok, this is my second time living here due to what I can afford BUT, everything has gone to he'll since 2015! Maintenance is lazy but, I've heard the lazy maintenance guys are gone since the hurricane and I think you guys for that! Thank goodness I haven't had any floods in my apartment since then so maybe things are better and I pray they are.
My overall experience living here at Lake Vue has been very good. I have been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I hope to be here many more years and would recommend anyone looking for an apartment with reasonably prices professionally staff beautiful lake relaxing atmosphere great location close to schools churches grocery stores to look no further.
This is the second time we've lived here at Lake Vue, and still very much love the apartment complex. The management team is amazing. The maintenance team is very helpful. The amenities are plentiful. A lot of fishing and swimming! We definitely enjoy it here.
Overall, it's been a good experience living at Lake Vue. It's quiet, the office (Alisha, Maria) have been very helpful, the maintenance department is very responsive in handling our service requests, and the property is well-maintained. The only negative is dealing with insect pests in my apartment, but pest control service is available as needed. Having the lake here is an added bonus! I am beginning my second year here.

Apartments could be nicer and no carpet but hard flooring everything’s outdated my counters look like they painted it then splashed black paint all over it if anything spills on counter it stains the counters
It seems like a very nice place to live once these problems are rectified, management staff really helped my daughter get me in this apartment.
Quiet complex with several nearby conveniences. My only complaint is that trashed should be picked up more often by Waste Management.Nice view of the lake with lots of turtles.
Lake Vue needs to practice better communication with their tenants concerning maintenance.
Rent is cheap but our AC hasn’t worked properly since we moved in. It leaks relentlessly. We’ve called about this issue but only gets fixed for temporary amounts of time.
Office staff are helpful, but maintenance not so much. Old apartments that need lots of updates, but I’m lucky to have a roof over my head. You get what you pay for.
The leasing office was very helpful when looking for a two bedroom two bath apartment. Both agents were very knowledgeable about the property and provided all information needed to hold an apartment for my husband and I
Nice at first but you will discover it’s a lemon.. roaches everywhere, leaky windows, doesn’t keep cool air in during the hot months . Lost power due to the hurricane and all they cared about was the fridge . We have been with out ac now for 2 weeks and it took them 72 hours to even come out and look at it in the first place. Mind you it’s mid July in Texas… they are rude, have a big mice and roach problem and no one will do anything about it. They don’t care about you or your family
I use to give the property 5 stars, but here lately I seen the community has gone down. I live in front and here you have ppl smoking weed sitting on the stairs. So disgusting and so many ppl having company and taking up parking spaces especially at the pool. They’re out there late. Before none of this would be happening. So not happy about these things. And I have lived here 5 1/2 years and never had anything negative to say til now.
Living here has been so nice, my brother & i like to go out in the evening to fish the lake. Everyone is so nice & peaceful. I never have any issues with having someone come by to check on things that need fixing
I am finally at home and 100% satisfied with living in this gem of a community in Clute, Tx. Between my porch being my complete home away from home kinda like a zen garden almost(I'm the crazy plant lady), and the pool AND the fishing?! It's a one stop shop for community activities. I have met so many interesting people at the pool this year! Maintenance is on point. You send a service request in, they complete the request within a day if not THAT day! Office staff is amazing. Hands down they are the greatest bunch. But overall my stay at Lake Vue has been pleasant, nothing to complain about! An affordable and absolute ideal community you can raise your family in.
