Lakeview Apartments

I love living in this building. Very clean and great residents! Really enjoy all the amenities this place has to offer. Staff is always very helpful

The trash situation is a constant problem -For a large complex the management of this seems poor - how hard would it be to get more dumpsters?

The management team is stellar and the property is beyond my expectations.

Great place to stay with friendly and amazing office staff

Although we have not yet been living at Lakeview long enough, I would absolutely recommend this community to friends and family anyway for the outstanding beauty of the building, the care applied to all facilities, the spacious units, the easy access to all services and areas of the county, the excellent features distinguishing this building amongst many others. The company managing the properties seem well reputed throughput the nation; the paperwork was done in a very efficient and friendly manner since the application was filed up to the moment of lease'ignature. We love this property and intend to live in it for a long period. Thanks to the very friendly and professional staff members namely Windy, who has been taking care of us since we met; she has shown dedication, professionalism, efficacy, and responded to all our questions rapidly. Cindy, who was with us performing the inspection the day we were handed down the keys was also dedicated and did not spare a minute to go beyond our expectations. Jocelyn being the third staff member we met greeted us warmly and offered us all her assistance. We are more than grateful to be a part of our new community.

I would not recommend these apartments to my friends. We have lived here for over a year now. The walls are thin so I can hear all my surrounding neighbors, including my upstairs neighbors who are constantly moving furniture in the middle of the night. Everything is constantly breaking down, including the elevators (break down about once a month), package delivery machine (has been broken for about a month now and is the only way to receive packages in this building), fobs (which is the only way in and out of the building. If I leave the building now I am locked out and have to wait until someone can let me in), and security arms into the parking garage. They are also increasing rent by $100 a month, which is double the average rent increase. I'm not sure where that money is going because it certainly isn't being used for building upkeep/maintenance. In my opinion, they are taking advantage of tenants who are unable to leave due to the crazy housing market we are currently in.

I like how clean things are kept in the common areas. Halls are tidy. Like trash valet and chute. The elevators are often wiped down and there is a nice,fresh scent with it-LOVE THAT!! Makes you feel cared for and looked after!! Lobby is very pretty and inviting. Overall very nice apartment, nice neighbors.

Lakeview is a very pleasant place to live and I am glad to be here in Rockwall.

Don't move here. Spare yourself the misery. If you have kids, think of them. Don't be deceived by the pictures of the first floor. The rest of the building doesn't have high ceilings and concrete floors. For the price of an apartment here you can rent a house nearby and have peace and quiet, space and your own yard. By renting your own house you wont have to deal with noisy upstairs neighbors clanking and banging on your ceiling past midnight or waking you up early in the morning with just their footsteps. It's not worth the misery. The modern furniture and design doesn't make up for the disturbance and irritation that the upstairs neighbors will cause you. Don't be fooled, the upstairs neighbors don''t care about you. Don't think that they will be mindful of you after midnight and in the early morning. Good-luck trying to put your kids to bed at a reasonable time because your upstairs neighbors will be sure to keep them awake into the early hours of the morning. I'm stuck in my lease for another year; another year of misery and irritation. If it continues, I might not even let a lease stop me from walking out. Oh and don't expect Amazon to deliver your packages in the Luxor storage cabinets regularly. What you CAN expect is your packages being left on the floor in common areas. I have probably been called 5 times by Amazon because the drivers cannot find the mail room. I don't entirely blame them because there is no signage indicating where the mailroom is located. Fortunately residents appear to be honest enough to only take packages addressed to them, but there is nothing preventing anyone from walking into the building and picking up packages left on the floor.

You guys need more leasing agents. I had to wait FOREVER for one to be available. Aracely and Wendy are great! The other two are quite grumpy.

I would recommend Lakeview Apts to everyone I speak to!

My expectations have been surpassed by the management team (to include maintenance personal).

Moving into a true luxury apt was very exciting at Lakeview with the amenities.
