Midland is a sprawling rural area that stretches east from Flat Rock Park and up towards Ellerslie. The bulk of the apartments and homes on offer here rest at the western edge near Williamsburg, along the GA-22. I have been here at Lakeside Village for going on 3 years. I am a single mother with two elementary aged children. This has been a wonderful place to live, for me and my children, due to the wonderful staff, very minimal issues, and with all the amenities they have to offer, me or my children can always find something fun to do. Everyone here is like family, and the staff always goes above and beyond.

These are basic apartments not luxury. The best part of lakeside is that the gate works, the square footage is decent, and the people keep to themselves. The package room is an inconvenience especially for those that live on floors greater than the 1st floor. Most people prefer packages delivered to their door, not having to find someone to haul packages up flights of stairs. The package room should be optional not mandatory. The stairs and breezeways are never cleaned. Bugs and wasp nests congregate there. They don't clean nor power wash the exterior doors and breezeways. The maintaince crew isn't completing tasks as efficiently as they did before. It's very disappointing if things don't change I fear lakeside will become like whisperhood.

Lakeside Village Apartments are very well maintained, and the beautiful landscaping makes it the best apartment complex in the Columbus, Georgia area that I have seen. The staff members are courteous and professional, and they are very attentive to meeting their residents' needs.

The upkeep of these apartments aren’t up to par. From the outside to the inside. The breezeway is often dirty and the grounds girl doesn’t clean at all. The stairs need to be pressure washed. Not a clean community

A great place to live. Its clean,safe,fun for the family. The ladies in the office are most helpful and polite. The maintenance crew is always fast and effective. I love it here.

Lakeside Village Apartments not only is advertised as a higher quality apartment complex, the staff has been very friendly and has made this process very easy. Always available to answer any questions or concerns regarding the property. I enjoy the convenience of gym and indoor play area for the kids.

Lakeside Village apartments are by far the best in Columbus. The management and reception of Lakeside is head and shoulders above other apartments in the area. Very accommodating and welcoming!

In love with the community and location. The area has s many option for food and activities. The pool and pond are beautiful and your apartment feels like a home.

Lakeside Village Apartments is hands down the nicest apartment complex in town. The amenities are superior to anything Ive seen anywhere else. The staff is friendly and helpful and although there are a lot of tenants its an incredibly quiet place to live. The location is perfect and the price is well worth the quality of life you get living here. Id recommend it to anyone who has a high standard of living.
