Midland is a sprawling rural area that stretches east from Flat Rock Park and up towards Ellerslie. The bulk of the apartments and homes on offer here rest at the western edge near Williamsburg, along the GA-22. I have been here at Lakeside Village for going on 3 years. I am a single mother with two elementary aged children. This has been a wonderful place to live, for me and my children, due to the wonderful staff, very minimal issues, and with all the amenities they have to offer, me or my children can always find something fun to do. Everyone here is like family, and the staff always goes above and beyond.

These are basic apartments not luxury. The best part of lakeside is that the gate works, the square footage is decent, and the people keep to themselves. The package room is an inconvenience especially for those that live on floors greater than the 1st floor. Most people prefer packages delivered to their door, not having to find someone to haul packages up flights of stairs. The package room should be optional not mandatory. The stairs and breezeways are never cleaned. Bugs and wasp nests congregate there. They don't clean nor power wash the exterior doors and breezeways. The maintaince crew isn't completing tasks as efficiently as they did before. It's very disappointing if things don't change I fear lakeside will become like whisperhood.

Lakeside Village Apartments are very well maintained, and the beautiful landscaping makes it the best apartment complex in the Columbus, Georgia area that I have seen. The staff members are courteous and professional, and they are very attentive to meeting their residents' needs.

The upkeep of these apartments aren’t up to par. From the outside to the inside. The breezeway is often dirty and the grounds girl doesn’t clean at all. The stairs need to be pressure washed. Not a clean community

Lakeside Village Apartments is hands down the nicest apartment complex in town. The amenities are superior to anything Ive seen anywhere else. The staff is friendly and helpful and although there are a lot of tenants its an incredibly quiet place to live. The overall living of this place is excellent and I've never meet a more professional staff. Pretty much the reason that sold me untop of the apartment itself. Everything was clean has a few things to wipe down but nothing crazy. Everything was move in ready and all I had ti do was put my stuff in there. It's as quiet as an apartment can be small construction noise but even that's not a bother and your far from the road that it really don't even bother you. Finally rating over 8.5 outta 10

I am very pleased with my move in here at Lakeside Village. This beautiful property has great amenities to go along with a pristine location offering much convenience from traveling to and from work being right next to the highway, to the nearby eateries all just a minute walk from your doorstep. The staff at the property are welcoming, very professional and are quick to action any issues that may come about. I am happy with my decision to move to this area and I am very proud to be a member of such a great community.
