Property Ratings at Lakeside Place
Lived here 3 months, the amenities are nonexistent. Have asked multiple times about laundry rooms and fitness center but they’re either “down” (for 3 months?) or they simply don’t exist. The property is beautiful and I don’t have any complaints otherwise but if you’re not equipped to take your laundry elsewhere or you’d like to make use of a fitness center, definitely don’t recommend wasting your time here.

Manager nice until you move in. Then does not care. Needs new management all the way to regional mgr. No security and no empathy of any promises made.
Everyone here is great Kelly is the best she's helped me so much with the move in and everything that I needed to set up my new apartment. Lakeside is one of the best apartments I've lived at by far.
