Convenient location. I have lived here about a month and do not yet have a comprehensive review. One noticeable fact is that the pool is closed on days thats it woukd seem more people would enjoy it - like Sundays (and maybe Mondays).

Excellent customer service! Very friendly. Nice neighborhood, convenient. Comfortable living, feels like home. It's in a great location, good space.

Great apartment to rent. The rooms are small but it works for my family. Reliable maintenance team I would definitely recommend anyone to move here

There has been water as you enter Bldg 8 The steps are fallen apart. Need new steps. Sometimes the hallway is not cleaned.The parking lot is very unclean. What happened to drawing the parking lot lines.

Horrible moving experience. Moved in with a day notice because they said an apartment was ready. Moved into a dirty, bug infested apartment with broken parts everywhere. Don't understand why you would tell anyone an apartment is available if unclean. When I asked, I was dismissively told it was because of the next-day move-in fee, but I still do not understand why any leasing office would say a unit is available if it is literally still full of remnants of the previous tenant's unhygienic practices. Sent maintenance request for everything a few days after moving in and it has been a full month of me living in a dirty apartment with no changes. There are food bits and dead gnats in my fridge and dishwasher, the second of which I still cannot use due to hygiene. My toilet paper holder and laundry room door are broken. The quality of life I've had for an entire MONTH that I paid full rent for has been absolutely dismal. I probably won't get any refunds for this, and the fact that I have to pay in full for a month of living in a unclean, bug-filled, half-broken apartment has been horribly frustrating.

These apartments used to be very nice, however now there’s a mouse infestation, rental office management doesn’t get back with you when you call to speak to them, trash piled up outside of the dumpsters - flowing into the road way, parking is horrible! Maybe they should go to assigned parking because people park vehicles on the lot and never return to them. Unit upkeep it awful, looks like they packed paint on top of paint on the walls, buildings just beginning to look run down.

Nice quiet area. Decent living spaces. Maintenance is very attentive. Cant say much about staff it has changed quite a few times in the 2 years Ive been here.

I’ve lived here for 5 years and have nothing but positive things to say about my living experience at Lakeside Mills. No complaints whatsoever.

Nice community, move in was easy. Maintenance responds very quickly. The grounds are very nicely kept and the valet trash is very convenient

I love the area and location of the complex. Its quiet which i also enjoy. My only set backs are the trash we have and pay for valet trash and there are times trash isn't collected from the front door. Which leads to the pile up of trash located at the dumpster in the front of the building. The next thing is getting ahold of staff is sometimes complicated they are usually good at answering calls but there are moments the office is closed for 3 hr in the afternoon without notice. The last is maintenance they could be better when it comes to fixing issues within the apartments.. Even with that I still do enjoy the apartment and the complex those are .inor issues that have gotten a little bit better since I moved in.

I knew it was not going to be a lease renewal once I encountered the unprofessionalism of move in date when the apartment was not clean on my arrival and the many excuses given. I can’t understand for the life of me why there is valet garbage but the garbage is all over the ground. I will say I haven’t encountered any rodents in my apartment but I don’t like driving up and the first thing I see is garbage. I also seen residents walking dogs without leashes and dogs urinating and pooping on the property causing the property to reak of urine and poop when approaching your apartment. I feel that communication could be a lot better. I can say a lot more but I will probably run out of characters so I will end here.

I love the location, it’s easily accessible to my job, the staff has been very courteous to me. In my almost 5 years of living here, I haven’t had much to complain about. Also my maintenance needs are taken care of in a swift manner, usually less than 12 hours after I put in a maintenance request. When I retire, I plan on remaining at Lakeside Mills.

My experience was great. I love the community so far. Everything is kept clean & it’s peaceful and quiet The area is very convenient for shopping & for my travels to get to work thank you :)

Great experience so far there’s are some improvements to be made but the staff is super accommodating. The apartments are well set and spacious. Trash, maintenance, and parking are my only downsides.

Living here has been a great experience! The community is well-maintained, and the management is responsive to any concerns. The amenities are convenient, and I feel safe and comfortable in my home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to live!

Lakeside seems to be a great community so far. Applying and Moving in was very easy and quick with a lot of support from staff. The neighbors are pretty quiet, The trash service is great, I do not know how maintenance is just yet but everything else has been smooth so I expect that for the maintenance as well.

Loving the experience so far. And considering how the leasing lady said the apt wasn’t done yet , it still looks amazing. And one of the managers (I believe her name was Ms.Taylor ) helped us with so much patience. We were nitpicking and she helped us navigate through the whole process. Just amazing

My residence has been great so far! The staff helped make sure my move in went smooth. I love that the community is quiet. Neighbors are nice.

Second year here at lakeside mill. Pros community is very quiet, safe and friendly. Apartments are decent could use a bit of an upgrade. Cons staff/management doesn’t seem to be as caring or compassion for residents as it was my first year here. Grounds could be updated, better play area for the kids its alot of space around for an upgrade of current “playground”. Remove tennis court waste of space, dog park or picnic area would be nice.

The Apartments themselves are fairly nice and pretty decently located. However the maintenance staff is rather frustrating and the leasing office is unhelpful with complaints/concerns. We've been trying to get our washer fixed since we moved in and every time they say there's not a problem because it only makes the noise when it's in the wash cycle. Otherwise i like the apartments.

Great place to live. The maintenance team is always available to fulfill my requests in a timely fashion and not too much foot traffic in the neighborhood at night surprisingly.

Overall experience has been good but the noise level form the apartment above is unbearable. We have reported the issue times without number to no avail. Now we just deal with it. Some nights are better than others.

I love living here this my third time living here . This is the nice neighborhood and it is close to the store. I have lots of friends living here

We've been living here for 3 years and we love our apartment. It feels like home. The apartment complex is quiet despite so much surrounding traffic in the area. We're happy to have found this place.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Grounds are kept very nice. Maintenance is only a ticket away if there is a problem in the unit. Staff is always nice and friendly.

So far in my stay I am okay the office staff is super helpful the maintenance guys are respectful ad the surrounding neighbors are quite friendly and respectful. I have not had any issues that was not address in a timely mannSo far during my stay, I am doing well. The office staff is extremely helpful, the maintenance team is respectful, and the neighboring residents are friendly and considerate. I haven't encountered any issues that weren't addressed in a timely manner!er!

Being a resident here at Lakeside has been nothing short of amazing. I really have no complaints. I have been here for 4 years and have had no issues whatsoever! No rodents, insects, no maintenance issues, no neighbor issues, no trash issues, just a great place to live

The property manager and leasing office team are great! They are helpful, friendly and communicative. My move-in process was very simple as any questions/concerns that I had were addressed quickly. The neighborhood has been quiet so far, no obnoxious neighbors (though i’ve only been living here for 7 days). The reason for 4 stars is because the exterior of the buildings can certainly use a good power wash. There is grime built up even on the unit doors, as well as various spider webs and bug nests. Other than that, I am satisfied thus far with my new home!

Not a great area. We’ve had some issues with our neighbors. The apartment itself has a great layout and is very cozy. The amenities are pretty good

I have been living here 3 times. It is closer to the store and station. I really love it living here. That is why I live here 3 times. I would recommend you living here

So far so good everything was clean and apartment was as advertised we approached the help with getting the apartment Michelle is the front was great with working with us as college students going through this for the first time

The management of the apartments is what’s driven the complex in a such a negative direction. Problems ranging between the “private” parking not being private at all, homeless parking overnight & tampering with peoples cars, Loud/problematic squatters double parking often blocking spaces for actual tenants, loud parties that disrupt the ability to enjoy your space, and random teens sitting at the bottom stairs of your apt building smoking whatever. This isn’t a place one would feel comfortable to call home. The property is poorly maintained as there is constant trash, broken car glass, & children’s scooters and toys just laying around the areas. The office manager will listen to complaints and concerns only to smile and tell you to send an email or call the police. The leasing office often randomly closes early which hinders the ability to pick up packages. Valet trash picks and chooses when to pickup your trash although it’s a paid service. This place isn’t what it once was. Be weary.

My move in date was June 3, 2024. I drove my suv from my current residence in Pennsylvania full of things for the apartment only to arrive to an apartment that had not been cleaned. The bathroom door does not lock and the balcony railing was very loose which is a safety hazard. I called the office and was told my apartment was on the list to be cleaned but I arrived before cleaning happened and cleaners would be coming soon. After waiting hours, I eventually had to leave with all my stuff and return to Pennsylvania because no cleaners showed up. I was told that my apartment would be cleaned the following day. I was totally defeated by the huge inconvenience and waste of my gas and time. Not to mention that to get my keys, I had to pay my rent, which I handed over a cashier’s check as required to move in. If the apartment was not going to be move in ready, I would have appreciated some transparency. What happened here is unacceptable and unprofessional practice. This is day 1, scary!

Nice spacious apartment and a quiet place to live.

Resident experience has been great most of the time. The trash needs to be picked up everyday outside. The parking lot with trash all over the lot doesn’t make for a clean area. To prospective residents this does not look clean.

I'm currently in my second unit on this property due to having to leave my first unit since my upstairs neighbor was smoking & it would pour into my unit & become hazy. Now my second unit & my neighbor smokes almost as much. The walls are so thin, the smoke comes straight into my kitchen & bathroom, as that is our connecting wall. If i want to open my windows to air it out, you best believe smoke is coming in from outside as well. I have emailed the property manager and all I get now is "thanks for your email". They don't want to deal with it. I have a pet, I have asthma and I have a 5 month old niece who I babysit. I also know for a fact there are at LEAST 3 tenants in my building smoking. Let's also talk about the trash. Valet trash comes when they want, trash gets left to pile up in front of the compactors. I see rats in the trash area, & parking lot, yesterday there were 2 foxes running around & the trash is shredded. They truly do not care about their residents or property

This place is an excellent place this is my third time living here. It is close to shopping center. You will love living here. I really like living here

Leasing office is friendly. The lake behind my apt is really nice to walk my dog. They have amenities and excited for the pool to open. Thanks

Office and maintenance staff are amazing. Everyone does a wonderful job at keeping the community safe and clean. Lawns are always clean and maintained.

Pretty Nice area, apartments are good. Some are renovated and some are not. There is always parking and never have to worry about car doors hitting your car as the spaces are very large.

Love it, great space. Very quiet area, very clean community. I feel safe and cozy. Many essential stores are within walking distance. The view is a plus.

The process from start to finish was easy. And it was quick and I was able to move in within days. The manager and assistant manager was very nice and professional
