Lakeside Flats

I enjoy living at Lakeside flats. It is generally clean and management is highly responsive to needs and requests. Neighbors are friendly and there are fun monthly events to get to know others.

All of the people that live at this building are so friendly. The staff are very kind, and resolve even the challenging questions. Me and my roommates are happy we chose this beautiful building!

Apartments need updating, but other than that, they are very nice. The staff are very nice and the maintenance is very quick. Common spaces are always clean.

It’s been great so far! It’s nice and quiet, the grounds are relatively clean, residents seem friendly. My dogs are loving it too which is a huge bonus!

Great place to live. All my neighbors are kind and the building is very quiet. Loving having a lake in my backyard! The new flooring and carpet is a great addition.

Overall, we absolutely adore living here! The neighbors are all kind, and our staff does an amazing job communicating efficiently. We would love less noise, especially during the middle of the night, but even then, you only ever hear really big noises, not small tedious ones. We also love how much our pups love the beautiful area around the apartment! 10/10 recommend to anyone.

I have lived here for 6 years now and don’t plan on moving anytime soon. The random maintenance issues I have had over the years have been addressed and repaired promptly. Staff are great! I myself am not a pet owner but the community is very pet friendly. It is a very quiet place to live even with all the pets. Building is convenient to nearby storage units. Location just off 35W is also very helpful.

We have really enjoyed our time living at Lakeside Flats. We do encounter occasional issues that are typical with apartment living (neighbors smoking weed indoors, not picking up after pets, overflowing garbage cans in common areas). Overall though, this is by far the nicest apartment complex we have found in the Twin Cities Metro. Neighbors are friendly and respectful overall. Amenities are great and the property is beautiful. Pricing is a bit higher than other apartment buildings but having a lake view, no breed restrictions on pets, heated underground parking available, a storage facility next door, and a perfect location for work commutes…you just can’t beat it. Management is also friendly and responsive whenever they are contacted about issues. We are very happy to live at Lakeside Flats!

We have lived at Lakeside Flats for about five years now. The staff are wonderful. The place is quiet and clean and we love that outdoor lit walking path along the lake. It also has easy access to major roads and looking at the weather map on TV you know exactly where you are - right where 35W and 35E come together !!! thank you for making the place so comfortable??

Nice looking apartment but over priced with okay amenities, super pet friendly and the lake is a beautiful plus with a waking path and views! A couple downsides I would say are the party room used to be free to rent now it’s a 50 dollar fee which doesn’t make sense when you pay so much for rent, the blinds used for the balcony suck and fall off super easily which you have to pay to have replaced, the WiFi isn’t the greatest (shuts down at random times and even one time for 1 week) and cost to much for what it’s worth and lastly the dog park is horrible there is only one thing for the dogs to do which is run through a tube and there is not enough grass in the park mainly dirt.

The leasing experience was great! Friendly and helpful staff help you all the way through. The apartments are nice and comfortable. The amenities offered through the building is great as well. We are only staying here temporarily, but glad we chose Lakeside Flats.

Everyone we have met within the apartment complex - from residents to office staff have been friendly. Have been here for about two months now. We just know Lakeside Flats will be a great place to live.

Living in an apartment next to Lakeside View has been a wonderful experience! The picturesque scenery of the lake adds a serene backdrop to everyday life, making it a joy to wake up and enjoy the natural beauty right outside my window. The management here is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always making sure that residents feel at home. They go above and beyond to foster a welcoming community, which really enhances the living experience. One of the highlights has to be the holiday parties they host. These gatherings are always warm and fun, bringing residents together to mingle, celebrate, and create lasting memories. It's a great chance to meet neighbors, share stories, and enjoy delicious food and festivities. The sense of community during these events truly makes the apartment feel like home. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live!

This is a clean, respectful, beautiful place to live. The management cares about maintaining the integrity of the building and outdoor spaces. The residents respect each other and generally do a nice job cleaning up after their pets. The location of the building is ideal: close to the central areas of the Twin Cities metro, but also offering the charm and nature of small town MN. Lake access, a walking trail, big outdoor grill station and a fenced dog run are all right in property. There’s not another apartment complex that meets the standards of Lakeside anywhere nearby.

Very nice building, super quiet. Love having forced heat and air. The unit is nice with stainless steel appliances. Hallways are clean. Very well managed.

Really quiet even though you’re close to the highway. Convenient to shopping and dining. The views of the lake are amazing. Residents all seem very friendly as well.

So far the apartment complex is great. Wonderful area, quite complex, and everything you need is nearby. They also offer a lot of great amenities. The staff is also friendly and very helpful, and respond quickly. I am glad I chose Lakeside.

Nice Quiet apartment place, in unit washer/dryer, walkable and small lake behind apartments, would be 5 star if rent didn’t increase every year we lived there.

We LOVE living at Lakeside Flats! The maintenance guy, Phil, is SO kind and so easily available for any fix we need! The management team is wonderful and so kind! For an apartment that has so many pets in it, you really don’t hear them unless you’re in the hallway. Same goes for the highway, you don’t really hear it unless your window is open. 10/10!!!

We love living at Lakeside Flats. The location is perfect and easy to get to other parts of town where the rest of the family lives. Everyone is very pleasant and it’s a great community..

I started out loving this place but that has changed. I've noticed an onslaught of move outs and empty apartments. The complex is pretty decent but it seems to have gone down hill and seems like they tend to put lipstick on a pig. There's damage in apartments that seems like temporary fixes until it was too late. It's an expensive borderline rundown complex with pretty luxuries. It's been annoying.

Rented from Lakeside when it first opened - moved into home and when came back to renting, wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Great community and place to live

Really miss Lexie.. but this place is still a diamond gem being able to be close with my family and have my mom's wish of being next to a lake and have such nice people living in an apartment has made it so special my dad really loves the dogs and it's just a great location to be.

Very clean and calm environment, the outdoor landscaping is kept up very well and is beautiful. Management does their best with upkeep of building maintenance. There are a few little quirks with our apartment appliances, but nothing that hinders our quality of life. Thought the community life would be more vibrant and inclusive from the way it is portrayed in the advertising. Love the fitness amenities and dog wash station. My dream come true would be an onsite pool.

Beautiful property. Quiet and respectful neighbors, well-kept and clean property, great amenities and a beautiful view of Lee Lake with lots of green space. This is a wonderful community for individuals and families, with and without pets. I’m so happy we found Lakeside Flats and get to call it our home!

They have made the move in process so welcoming and smooth. I truly think they really care about their tenants. Cannot wait to settle in and enjoy life here!

I’m really happy at Lakeside Flats! The location is wonderful, the amenities are nice, and I like the in-unit laundry and dish washer. I wish our fridge had a filtered water dispenser!

There's something very special about this place. The staff and all All of the maintenance workers are so Incredible. They really make you feel like you're at home and they care about your concerns. All concerns are followed up and dealt with promptly. It's a beautiful place... the people are what make it so special... 100 stars ??Lexi is incredible .

Has been a good experience living here. Good location and nice people. Nice view of the lake and the grilling area is really nice. Parking lot is cleared of snow quickly in the winter.
