We got the vault ceiling newly remodeled unit. Beautiful, great neighborhood. Quiet and plenty of parking. The people are kind and there are a lot of amenities
We have just moved in a couple weeks ago, but feel very welcomed and love our apartment. Unfortunately, my fiancé had her car broken into this past weekend. We haven’t let this impact our experience and maintenance was extremely helpful.

really quiet and peaceful community. close to gym and other grocery stores. really great patio and a great view from the patio. amenities are amazing and pool is also amazing.
Lakeside Apartments employees work very hard to provide fun, engaging, enjoyable activities for the resident community. And their efforts show! Lakeside is a great community to belong to, and activities such as the Glow Party leaves a smile on our face, full bellies from the delicious food, and new found friends.
I think of Lakeside as my home now that I have sold my house and retired some years ago. There is a wonderful mix of neighbors of all ages, backgrounds and ethnicities which makes for a vibrant community life. Since I love animals, but don't currently have one, I enjoy seeing pets around the neighborhood. It's a very nice community with a great staff of people who are committed to high standards.
We love living at Lakeside and taking part in all of the amenities, especially the Dog Park. With friendly staff and well-maintained grounds, it's a perfect place to call home!
Staff has been good at responding quickly to my messages. Community is nice and the maintenance staff is amazing. Landscaping is beautiful. We are enjoying living here still after a few years.
I enjoy the area but we currently have a bug problem. We talked to the office and they said they’re sending peer control soon though, so hopefully that fixes things.

Just moved in. Great place with a great view. The unit is spotless and newly renovated, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Great pool, bbq, gym, and the dog park is separated into big and small dogs. This place seems safe and very dog-friendly so far. Awesome!

If you’re looking to live in a resort without the resort fees, this is the place for you. Lakeside apartments are absolutely beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. Maintenance is kept up beautifully. The apartment itself is nice but I was not told about the terrible bug problem. Within 2 days of moving in, I’ve had to kill at least 10 spiders a day, earwigs, ants, and other insects.

Such a great place to call home! Clean and well maintained property. Wide open spaces. Makes you forget sometimes that you are actually in Fairfax County. Perfect place if you have dogs. I feel like I’ve been treated like a queen coming here into my new apartment. Everything seems to be absolutely brand new in pristine condition. I honestly love it here so much. The maintenance staff are so amazing, always positive happy and oh so helpful! They genuinely care about fixing the issue and not just brushing you off. They're also so fast I almost feel bad! Who can say no to the amazing amenities! Free coffee that is so yummy! The club houses are great. I just wish it was easier to see and know when the second one is reserved! My dog is so happy im so happy. My biggest criticism though, the layouts of the apartments are no the smartest. They could be more open and the biggest apartment has absolutely NO CABINETS ! For the price you're really paying for the amazing community and living. But strictly on the apartment, they are very clean and modern, newly renovated... just poor layout! But so worth it. I couldn't be happier it's so beautiful and clean here and really feels safe ! I could go on.

This is by far the best apartment that we’ve lived since we came here in the U.S. Management has always been helpful and reliable. The apartment was clean and really beautiful. The surrounding was so relaxing and picturesque. All of their amenities were amazing. I couldn’t really ask for more coz this apartment is all you’ll be looking for. The monthly rent was reasonable especially with all the amenities and surroundings they have there. There is ample of parking so it will never be a problem too. They also have activities or events every month which is really amazing. The dog park is huge and clean. So I really love living in that community as it was also peaceful. If only we don’t have to move out of state, I will always choose The Lakeside for our apartment.

Upgraded apartment and brand new appliances. The apartment is a bit pricey for 1 person but it has many amenities and is well kept. The community garden is a plus

The maintenance team responds very quickly to requests, which is a big plus. However, the building is quite old, and basic renovations don’t seem to significantly improve the overall quality of the apartments (e.g., water pressure difference in room 1 vs room 2, or the small water tank causing hot water to run out mid shower/bath). That said, management appears to be doing their best, and the fast maintenance service is appreciated. I’m not familiar with the local rental market, but I’d say I’m reasonably satisfied with how efficiently issues are addressed when they arise.

My experience living at Lakeside has been amazing. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The maintenance is impeccable and the landscape is gorgeous. I highly recommend Lakeside to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live!

We love our experience so far at Lakeside. It’s a very safe community in a great location. The property is beautiful and well kept. The apartments are well maintained and modern. All of the staff is very responsive even on weekends. I can’t recommend it enough!

Lakeside Apartments are a gem in Centreville, conveniently located near great restaurants, 4 major grocery stores (Giant, Trader Joe’s, Lidl, Lotte), a great library, excellent schools. Also located near Route 66, 29, 28, and other major transportation arteries. Inova Fair Oaks hospital is one of the best in Virginia and there are many emergency walk-in locations. The best, though, are the many amenities! EV chargers, a great package concierge, great dog park, a beautiful lake, places to walk safely in the neighborhood, a garden for residents, carports available for rent, and a new sitting area, along with 2 beautiful clubhouses. The maintenance is fantastic! Even on the weekends, the friendly workers are available for emergency needs. I could go on and on about how hard-working all the employees here are. From scheduling social events, to executing them - and there are many fun events - this is a robust, diverse, wonderful, place to live!

During the application process there was a little hiccup with timing and results, but when presented, there was a quick outcome. From moving in up until now Jordan has been great as an associate. Maintenance is attentive and complete work orders in a timely manner.

Moved in a month ago and everything has been wonderful. The management team is extremely responsive and maintenance is very quick. The grounds and amenities are wonder and they truly care about making sure their residents enjoy being home. For Halloween they through a huge party and hosted trunk or treat for the kids, Thanksgiving we have a neighborhood Friendsgiving scheduled and all are free of charge for residents.
