We leased at LSP for the number of pet-friendly people and office staff

I love the location of the Pearl. I'm right by the lake, my neighbors are nice, and the office is so helpful.

I recently stopped by for a tour, and it's one of the best I have ever had. The leasing agent was knowledgeable and made sure I had all the information I needed. I will definitely lease at Lakeshore Pearl.

At my last apartment, the complex had Airbnb units above me and next door to me. I never knew who was living next to me at any given time, which became scary after several break-ins. I feel safe at Lakeshore Pearl and have made many new neighbors. Happy Customer

The complex is always clean and free of debris. I always see the staff outside or in the hallways cleaning. I personally like the clubroom and gym. I'm renewing.

Maintenance is very responsive and is always willing to help. The location is amazing!

I recently moved into the new building at Lakeshore Pearl and have been very impressed. The amenities are truly state-of-the-art, and the management team is outstanding—they genuinely care about their residents and address concerns thoughtfully. My only suggestion would be to have the same housekeeper service both properties for consistency. Keep up the great work!

When I toured Lakeshore Pear, I noticed how clean the property was. I noticed the staff in different locations cleaning the pool area, fitness center, and I liked the rooftop top lounge. Lakeshore Pearl is a 10 out of 10 for me.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the Lakeshore Pearl office staff. I recently had an issue, and it was resolved promptly with excellent communication throughout the process. I was especially impressed that the manager, Angela, personally stepped in to assist, demonstrating just how much she truly cares about the residents. The team’s dedication and responsiveness did not go unnoticed!

Very accessible and easy. One stop shop. Super excited to start living there. They help you set up everything and the portal is super user friendly.

Apartment is spacious and in a good location with access to quite a bit. But note phase II is much better than I. Living in I limits access to phase II amenities but not vice versa.

Have lived here for 4 years and love Lakeshore, the area and the people. Our place is always the spot for our friends to go and being right by the trial is great. Lots of dogs and friendly people.

I love it here. Great location, good views, and quiet neighbors. I got a really good situated spot in the new phase 2 and I am happy I am living here.

Lived here for over 3 years though and overall great place to live. Love being near the boardwalk and close to downtown. Wish we were able to use the amenities in building 2 like the gym. Glad the parking lot is finally done as we had multiple issues of our car getting hit parking outside on the busy street.

So far so good! We love the location and the huge dog park out in front. The amenities are awesome, I love the yoga/spin room - I go almost everyday for a workout. The gym is so nice as well and the business center is perfect to go take a meeting and work!

Great community, have really enjoyed my time here! The pool is nice, gym makes life convenient, and parking is super easy. It is a great location and I would recommend it to anyone.

Been great so far! Love the area and being near the riverwalk. Lived here for over 3 years. Parking has been tricky the entire time we've live here but overall great experience compared to other places I've lived in the city.

The best place to live in Austin! We have everything we need and more with easy access to incredible restaurants, Lady Bird Lake, and all that Austin has to offer. We have been living here since 2020 and look forward to many more years of enjoying all that Lakeshore Pearl has to offer!

Lakeshore Pearl is a great community. The property is very attractive, there's a great gym and pool, and the residents are outgoing and fun. I'm never leaving.

New management is worse and charges for every small thing and makes the renters suffer. They try to create new irrational rules every now and then and add penalties for the same.

This is a great community. If you are lucky enough to get an open unit, don’t sleep on the opportunity!

A luxury apartment complex thats 3 minutes from downtown, affordable & has all the shops/ services you need within a 5 minute radius. The people here though are the secret sauce as theres a tremendous resident community that does everything from concerts to sporting leagues to movies nights & potlucks for any occasion

I used to enjoy living here but now it's awful mainly due to the new management company CREA and all of their poor attitude and inability to understand resident needs that they have brought with them. They have really gone out of their way to nickel and dime you for EVERY thing they possibly can here (fines for late package pickups, trash being put out too early, dogs not on leash, etc.). They are also in the process of "building improvements" for the next year meaning they'll have license to raise rent astronomically (again) and the situation presents a great construction atmosphere complete with limited building access, tape and scaffolding EVERYWHERE and just general filth and dust in the hallways. I was in the elevator today and laughed at their latest flyer advertising their generous "referral reward program" - offering residents a whopping $50 if they refer a new resident - the previous management company offered a full MONTH of free rent by comparison. This management is stingy, uncompromising, and flat out RUDE. Do not give them your business - you can do so so so much better in Austin than here!

I recently moved to Austin, when I was looking for apts Lakeshore pearl was both the nicest and cheapest I found. The common areas are AMAZING , pool, cabanas, gas grills, breezeway with lots of tv's and tables, perfect for football season. Maintenance is quick and good, management is helpful and responsive to resident needs! We have tons of fun around here!

having lived here for 2 years and 4 months, and with a change of management, the services have been fairly well maintained. The salt water pool, gym and other common areas are well maintained. There is trash removal from your door and convenient maintenance service.

It is in a good location and close to downtown. The apartment was taken over by a new management company. The onsite managers could probably use a lesson or 3 on customer service/satisfaction, maybe take a few classes on proper manners and how to speak to people, and maybe learn to smile and be friendly and helpful to the residents living their who's rent pays their salary. quality of the apartments: they look great moving in and then after a week everything falls apart. - washer has broken 3 times and hasn't been replaced..just "fixed" (doesn't spin clothes all the time) - refrigerator door handle comes off - garbage disposal literally burned out -- could smell it - bike was stole from inside the secure area where you need a FAB to access... managers told me on the phone call the police, which i did. then called back the next day to ask if i could look at the security videos... they asked why i cared so much about my bike (it was $1000). then when i took off work early (losing pay) to watch the videos they didn't know how to work the security system. ONLY GOOD PART ABOUT THE APARTMENTS -the pool & courtyard is cool -Rennee who handles maintenance is awesome! He deserves a raise.

Lakeshore Pearl is truly the best that Austin has to offer. We chose this location for its close proximity to downtown as well as great restaurants and entertainment. Another plus we have discovered is the traffic is not quite as awful as other parts of the city. The apartments are lovely, modern and spacious and the building features a wonderful gym, spin room (also used for yoga), club room and resort style saltwater pool. The outdoor areas (the Courtyard and the "Cave") are enormously popular and new tenants are warmly welcomed to participate in impromptu activities taking place. The best part of living at Lakeshore Pearl are the residents. This is truly a lifestyle "community" and we have made so many good friends here. Although, the new building owners were unprepared for the high level of service expected by our residents and new management has struggled with meeting these demands, progress is being made on a daily basis. I hope to be able to edit this review back to 5 Stars in the very near future!
