Dirty and not taken care of, amenities are poor, security only writes parking tickets. Dogs barking at all hours and owners don’t pick up after them. Cars blaring music and flying through the complex. Trash overflows and is never picked up on time.

So far it has been amazing! Everyone is so helpful and nice and the property is well taken care of! Maintenance is the best and always on top of any issues!

The assistant manager at Lakeridge at the Moors rings true to her name, ANGEL! What an absolute joy it is to know her and interact with her. Very professional and has the sweetest most welcoming presence. She has never hesitated to call or answer any questions we may have had and was always patient with us through this entire process. Lazaro was amazing as well. This is the PERFECT office staff and their is absolutely no way we could've passed up on Lakeridge. Beautiful apartments and community. We are so happy to become future residents.

My main issue of concern would be smoking tenants. I, like many others, have asthma and other respiratory issues. Although Lakeridge has done a good job of reminding tenants that this is a smoke free community, there is only so much they can do about this issue.

Price. Small closets. No storage spaces in 1 bedroom apt.

Love the people that work in the office and maintenance.

My husband and I have been living here for 20 years and we have received the best service.

Erika is efficient and professional to have in the front. Definitely recommend this apartment complex to many, just because of the treatment that was expressed and demonstrated.

They are excellent in everything, we reside in the moors community for 2 years, it is our third year here and we have had an excellent environment, security and the area is accessible to everything, and Lakeridge is a very nice, comfortable community and the attention of the staff It is excellent, we are happy to live here.

Safe secure place to live the rent is a little high considering the age of the property and the annual rent increases have resulted some to relocate and not renew

Based on maintenance interaction, I would applaud all the hard work the Lakeridge teams do on a daily bases. The only reason I would NOT recommend Lakeridge is based on other tenents interactions. For instance, dog owners who refuse, even when maintenance provides doggie bags, to pick up their pet's feces. I personally purchase my bags and it makes all the more frustrating when I see someone who stepped in poop and not long doesn't care, but walks up the stairs - leaving poop on a community staircase...

The only thing that you need to concern is the Pet Policies because the residents who has Pets are not responsible for their actions. They should be strict policies enforced them with their pets. The parking lot when you parked during night time you need to be careful to not step in their pets feces.

IT has been a great community and they do a great job keeping it clean and safe. Just would let them know that the apartment they move into may not be in as good of shape as the model they show you.

I do love the LakeRidge however, when moving in my apartment was not ready for someone to move in. (Pictures to prove)

ITS A SAFE COMMUNITY, AND STAFF IS ATTENTIVE. AND IMPROVEMENTS ARE MADE EVEN BEFORE THEY ARE NEEDED. AS A TENANT, I NEVER SAID, ITS ABOUT TIME. WHILE WE WERE THERE, WE EXPERIENCED NEW ROOF, NEW PAINT AND REMODELING. THANK YOU LAKERIDGE STAFF!!!

From moving in to service requests has been super easy! No issues. They really care about their tenants. I say this being a property manager myself

The complex is clean and quiet. Only problem with it is that when it rain, the stairs have puddles of water that makes it dangerous to walk

I love my apartment at the Moors located in Lakeridge! Beautiful and clean community. The apartment is big and renovated with great appliances. The bedrooms are huge. It has a resort kind of feel. Pools, gym, tennis courts, gated community, around the clock security are just some of the benefits of living at The Moors! The people that work here are helpful and kind. They are always landscaping and keeping everything clean. I truly recommend this place for renting!

I love the size of the apartment. It's definitely enough space for a 1 bedroom. The extra vanity in the bedroom is such a great charm. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful & the neighbors are actually friendly. The amenities are great with such a beautiful lake to inspire a nice walk. Great for pets too. The downside is that parking is pretty bad in the evening. The actual parking spaces that are not located directly in front of the buildings are small. Most cars need to take up 2 parking spots to park comfortably. With that being said, that means less parking spots for others. Another downside is the actual price of rent. You do pay for what you get, but it is quite pricey for a 1 bedroom nowadays.
