If you are looking for a QUIET place to live, you have found the right place. Very pet friendly. Like everyone here has a dog. There are so many places to walk your pets also. And a huge, beautiful pool. Gym. And secure. Your packages can sit outside your apartment, and NO one will touch them. No theft.

Oh, so quiet. I've never lived in an apartment before. The amenities are amazing. Huge gym, pool. Did I mention quiet? Dog friendly, BIG area to let your dog run around in. You don't hear anyone. The front desk is amazing.

The staff is amazing. The complex is quiet and friendly. The acceptance process was very smooth. I just wish it had a playground or a place for my daughter to play. There is a park close by but just wish there was one in the complex.

Moving in was great, staff were friendly. My only concern is there’s no dog stations that hold trash bags or a trash can. Also with this being a new property the dumpsters should be dumped frequently. Many people are getting rid of trash/boxes and with the dumpster being locked & full it’s no space to discard anything. Overall I am satisfied with my move.

I have leased a two bed room apartment. The second bedroom does not have fan or light. Only one bedroom is fitted with fan and overhead light. The bathroom lights are not bright enough for shaving, Nail care, personal grooming. The patio door does not have outside locking mechanism.

The apartments are beautiful, but the leasing office can get too busy during this time and cause for exhaustion for one person to handle. Our welcome day was very brief which caused us to return to ask more questions that were not elaborated with our welcome information packet. Can't wait to see what this experience brings.

So very quiet. I did go to throw some stuff away in the dumpster and almost fell with the amount of mud around it. The pool is crystal clear. And did I mention very quiet.

amazing atmosphere, friendly staff and neighbors, new and improved facilities! Close to downtown and the airport with things to do so if you like to explore, this complex is close to a lot to do!

The move in process was a little shaky with the new construction but they worked with us to get into our first apartment! The building is nice and the amenities are awesome.

Not many issues yet. Maintenance seems to come at a timely manner and leasing office is nice always quick with a solution. Just wish the internet worked.

These apartments are brand new and really close to the airport without the airport noise and inconvenience of center city traffic. The office staff is very pleasant and my apartment has the perfect layout and space for me. I love it here so far

Love living here so far. It comes with the few cons of being a new construction, like your car getting dirty because there’s still construction going on. And the trash system getting into place a little late. But really those types of issues are things you can over look if you enjoy your apartment, which i do. My apartment is beautiful, as is the neighborhood. The leasing office team is very nice and timely (<3 u Chelsy).
