Keiondra was very kind and gentle during my move in process. Even thought initial apartment wasn’t ready, she was swift to put me in another unit, which actually works better for me! The units are a nice size. The only downside is there is no storage such as coat closet or pantry.
This is a clean, quiet community. They plan a lot of activities to gather together each month, to help join the community together. These lovely apartments are within a great distance from the city or south Carolina. They are always willing to make sure each and every remember voice is heard and any problems are taken care of within a reasonable time frame.

If you are looking for a QUIET place to live, you have found the right place. Very pet friendly. Like everyone here has a dog. There are so many places to walk your pets also. And a huge, beautiful pool. Gym. And secure. Your packages can sit outside your apartment, and NO one will touch them. No theft.

Place was not move in ready at the time we was supposed to move in. A lot of inconveniences for me and my family. The place seemed rushed like they were rushing to finish the place and the place was not how it should have been.

Oh, so quiet. I've never lived in an apartment before. The amenities are amazing. Huge gym, pool. Did I mention quiet? Dog friendly, BIG area to let your dog run around in. You don't hear anyone. The front desk is amazing.

The staff is amazing. The complex is quiet and friendly. The acceptance process was very smooth. I just wish it had a playground or a place for my daughter to play. There is a park close by but just wish there was one in the complex.

Moving in was great, staff were friendly. My only concern is there’s no dog stations that hold trash bags or a trash can. Also with this being a new property the dumpsters should be dumped frequently. Many people are getting rid of trash/boxes and with the dumpster being locked & full it’s no space to discard anything. Overall I am satisfied with my move.

I have leased a two bed room apartment. The second bedroom does not have fan or light. Only one bedroom is fitted with fan and overhead light. The bathroom lights are not bright enough for shaving, Nail care, personal grooming. The patio door does not have outside locking mechanism.

The apartments are beautiful, but the leasing office can get too busy during this time and cause for exhaustion for one person to handle. Our welcome day was very brief which caused us to return to ask more questions that were not elaborated with our welcome information packet. Can't wait to see what this experience brings.

So very quiet. I did go to throw some stuff away in the dumpster and almost fell with the amount of mud around it. The pool is crystal clear. And did I mention very quiet.
