Great place to live. Everything in neighbourhoods in the walking distance and easy to reach. Lake line park is the closest one and it’s the great place to spend time outside.

Pretty good apartments. No noise and it’s a nice little community and environment. Just make sure you lock your car at night. But that goes without saying.

Things get fixed when I ask. Better yet, I don't have to for many things to be fixed since things work well already. I ?? my bathroom and the clean bathtub. It's large and invites me in to take a shower or bath!

After living in a house for a decade, my wife & I now enjoy our new flat and its privacy. It’s nice to have our own parking, and to have an adjacent gym and swimming pool. We just wish that that the flooring area outside our flat is cleaned up; there is quite a bit of stains outside the flat and on the stairs.

The apartment floor plans and location are really great, but the place where it all goes down for me is when it comes to the management, I've raise multiple issues with maintenance but they never get resolved, some even get closed without any notices, my washer dryer don't work properly, it took the team more than 2 months to help me with a noise in the fan, there's hole in a floor which was never addressed. the list goes on. but unless they bring in a new management which gets work done it's not going to improve.

Love it here!! It’s close to everything I need and staff is always friendly!! The workout and yoga room are clean and safe to use. The pool area is fun and inviting and great place to relax and chill!!

The move in process was really easy, I love the dog park and how close everything is. The people are also great! This place is dog friendly and the amenities are really cool.
So far so good. Just moved in today but don’t start working down here until next week. Only one hiccup that I didn’t have hot water but the maintenance man came by quickly and checked on it. Ordered new parts on the spot and should be fixed by Tuesday. I’m not living down here until the following week so no big deal. The area is beautiful and very walkable which is a plus. The apartments are a little older but nicely renovated. Seemed like the staff really cares about giving a quality experience and living conditions. Natalia, Ariana, and Kelly (hopefully I spelled them right. If not sorry!) were all very helpful and courteous which is always good to see with apartments as too often so I see the opposite. Overall it’s going well so far!

Moving in was not too hard with the help of the friendly leasing agents and property managers. I have enjoyed the gym and resident events. Great place to call home. Also it is a great location.
The staff are easy to work with and they get things done, staff are available when need, and offer great community get togethers, when work orders are submitted they answer quickly and get the job done, the exterior of the community always looks great.
I just moved in, but it’s overall been fine. Apartment was dirty at move-in. But everyone has been nice in the front office. Property is clean.
I love the community and my neighbors. There needs to be more security/parking lot cameras, my car was broken into the FIRST WEEK. Otherwise super nice area
Generally been ok .....the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything besides and above you. The property itself is in a great area and the apartments are nice
My second year here and glad to be here!! The staff is always informative and helpful ! The common areas are always neat and clean no overflow of trash ever.
The grills have been a sorespot for a few years now. They really never worked properly. Very disappointing. The gym was always maintained in a better fashion. Lately there has been no wipes available. Having said that, the grounds are kept up well. The maintenance team is very friendly. The office staff are great.
I like my community. It's generally quiet. The neighborhood is safe. There is security at night. The landscaping is maintained. I've recommended it to a few friends.
The maintenance staff is very responsive. It is clean and with a good upkeep. Utilities and kitchen are updated. I have never had an issue with management, they are very friendly and helpful.
It's a great complex with very nice property grounds. The pool, gym, and apts are very nice. The neighborhood is in a great location of you ever need to walk to HEB or the gas station. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well and also the mall

Everything is great here. Nice location, nice staff, nice neighbors and the mail room is fantastic. It's like I'm in the future. I never have to worry about my packages getting stolen.

My apartment is nice and roomy. All maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking for visitors is a little difficult. There are numerous activities throughout the year offered to residents.

Whole office staff made the process easy. The community has a ton more amenities that my old one didn't- assigned parking you don't have to pay for, a hot tub, the clubhouse has tons of office areas...overall super happy to be here

I’ve just renewed my lease for a second year and I can say that I’ve been satisfied with my stay here. Of course there’s the occasional disruptions from neighbors but that’s to be expected. I haven’t had any issues so far and I’m looking forward to living here this year too

Something seemingly breaks every other month but its usually fixed in a timely manner. We like the community and enjoy the parcel pending. We look forward to spending more years here

The maintenance crew has been very rapid to respond correctly to our issues. I cannot rate them high enough in their professionalism. We recently had an air conditioning problem which was solved in a quick and effective manner.

Beautiful apartment, nice and very helpful ppl working here, wish the pool was deeper but the fitness center makes up for it. Surrounding area is perfect with plenty of stores and places to eat!

I'm very comfortable here and I have a lot of good neighbors and I don't have any problems. Office always gets my stuff going very quickly. Every problem I have was quick every time I emailed, but the only problem I have is hard and the noise is sometimes on Friday night and Saturday nights until the morning, and it bothers me otherwise I have no other problems.
