Since living here things have not gotten better, hence why we are not renewing our lease. Between maintenance and other issues its just not worth it anymore especially as much as our building gets ignored.

I’ve had a good time living here it’s not to loud and the pet rent is so affordable unlike other places I’ve lived or looked into. The pet wash station is a life saver!

My biggest issue and something I can NOT overlook is the constant and I mean constant cigarette smoke smell in my unit. I am a non smoker and I was put into this apt sight unseen due to plumbing issues in my original agreed upon unit. It seems the venting is all connected so when my neighbors are smoking in there unit it comes into mine through the ventilation system system, ie the exhaust fans in the bathrooms, the register in my main bedroom where the smell will wake me up and the washing machine. Even with the lid shut it’s bad so every time I go into my laundry/pantry it reeks of smoke. I have even come home to the very distinct smell of weed through out my apt. Because someone is smoking in their unit. Now my young son has asthma and this is very bad for him. This is extremely disgusting and disappointing and taints any positive thoughts and experiences I way have here.

Lindsay, thank you for continuing to make us aware of your concerns with odors in your home. We recognize that smoking can be a nuisance to residents, and we aim to investigate any reports of this activity as soon as possible. With that said, it can sometimes be difficult to identify the true source because of the shared ventilation, as you have already mentioned. We are constantly working to enforce our community guidelines to maintain clean air. Please stop by our leasing office or give us a call so we may update you on our progress.
I no longer feel safe due to the crime that has gone up since living here. Also, the inconsiderate neighbors that leave their pets poop on the lawn directly outside the unit, residents who obstruct the path of the sidewalk with their over-sized utility trucks and sometimes makes it difficult for others to the leave their parking spaces. I am sometimes reluctant to request work-orders due to some dishonest maintenance crew who also leave behind a mess after completing work-orders.
The people in the office have been very helpful and nice. They do their best to make repairs in a timely fashion. The repair people have always been very friendly.

I'm in one of the older buildings on property. The apartment is fine and I appreciate getting the weather stripping for my apartment a few months ago. But the shared spaces could definitely use some TLC (stairwells and laundry center). It's hard to reach the leasing office on the phone or in person.

I’ve been here since March of 2022 and it has steadily gone down hill. The stairways and landings are always filthy with ceiling falling down onto the stairs. Appliances need updated. You smell dog poop when you sit on your porch. My water and sewer bills have been $500 for the last nine months. Which is due to them fixing something that wasn’t broke. Now it is actually broke and nothing(still going through it with them threatening eviction as well due to their own negligence. If you want to pay your bills and live your life in peace this is not the place unfortunately. This has been my experience

Beautiful wooded apartment right on the greenway! Responsive staff and love maintenance. The apartment is a little dark at night but I generally feel safe. Overall a peaceful living environment.

I miss side walks. Laundry room is lacking. Maintenance repairs are usually below par. Several repairs needed to be redone and several were not done well.

I've lived in the community here for just over 3 years. I realize the complex is older than most of the places in the area, but the affordability and quick access to work and the amenities that this side of Raleigh has to offer makes it just right for me. Having the Lake Lynn/Hare Snipe Creek trail just outside my building is great. Maybe this year the clubhouse pool will be open again!

It’s been cool living here for the past 8 years, always low market rent. I never have any issues except the normal issues of apartment living, neighbors seem to be quiet at a certain reasonable time. Would be great to have more washers/dryers in the area. Long as I’ve lived here it’s been quiet.

Mostly good, other than some factors out of your control (glitches with change of management company; upstairs neighbor issues; porch issues). The big issue that you can resolve is allowing access to the full lease document. Office team is friendly and helpful and willing to look in to any issue. Staff has become more communicative within the last few months too, which is great to see.

Lake Lynn is so beautiful! It is an pleasure to wake up to it every day.
My experience with Arium Lake Lynn has been nothing but positive. Starting from my initial inquiry to move in, everything went smoothly. Even after a month here, I am still very satisfied with my choice to move into this complex. The staff have all been friendly and any work orders I've submitted were completed on time and without issue. The grounds are beautiful and it's so nice living right on the lake. I highly recommend this complex!
ARIUM Lake Lynn is a nice area with friendly folk and immediate access to the lake! It's in a great location that is close to all sorts of major shopping centers.
I have lived here for a long time and I have seen management come and go. Krystal (the current manager) has done an amazing job improving all the amenities, and construction on the buildings as well! It is an older complex. Sense the new team has been here, there has been constant positive change. I recommend this community to anyone! Well done

With Lake Lynn literally in my back door I love living here. Everyone in the community has been super friendly and moving here was one of the best decisions I've made recently.
What I love about living here is seeing the beauty of Lake Lynn every day, and the wildlife it sustains. In my first week here, two baby great blue herons made an appearance with their mom nearby, a crew from NC State found a 30-lb snapping turtle near the shore, and a young fisherman caught a 5.5-lb. bass as I crossed a bridge on the trail next to the lake. These encounters, and having the trail just steps from my apartment door, enrich my life, and add so much to living in a lovely wooded setting in a thoughtfully-planned apartment complex.
If you want to have an apt that you don't won't to ever leave, this is the place. I don't intend on moving unless they kick me out because they are tired of me, not that I am tired of them.
Arium is a wonderful lake community that I recommend to anyone looking for an apartment. Management and staff are absolutely wonderful as well as the maintenance!
Nice apartments for the price, in good condition. Good location, and a staff that is responsive and courteous. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
I love the setting of trees and lake. This is a much older apartment complex with all of the older issues as very thin walls, plumbing problems and the such. There are some improvements being made it will just take time. The office staff are personable and efficient.

The Arium Lake Lynn has some of the most friendly staff in the area! They're always kind, personable and thoughtful, even calling us to check on us when the Covid-19 pandemic hit, asking us if we were okay and if there was anything they could do? It doesn't get much better than that!
It is a good place to live and the staff is very helpful.
