Loud, Dirty, Terrible Property Managers
This apartment complex use to be one of the best complex around but after time it has fallen off. After an owner change and several new property management companies the state of this complex has degraded severely! New management has allowed all sorts of behaviors to go unchecked. From groups of men smoking cigarettes and drinking beer in the parking lot to LOUD music being played all day with little no regard to neighbors. The lack of competent management has led to trash(papers, beer bottles, and cigarette butts)being left in hallways and spider webs and flies taking over the hallways. I would not recommend moving here if want to work from home or want to be able to relax in your house because there is loud music playing all day and management has shown little to no regard for our needs.

Lago St Apartments
Enjoy the occasional dip in the pool? Well then you are in luck! Live in these fabulous apartments and enjoy sweet pool amenities. Now that I have you hooked.... You get your own parking space, and the management on site is extremely helpful! You have your own laundry facilities, because no one likes having to drive to a laundry mat. Enjoy life by the lake on Lago St. Come on over and enjoy the good life!
