I absolutely love living at La Valencia! Location is amazing and the neighbors are great The staff in the office, especially Omar has been so kind to me and my family and has always been willing to help and go the extra mile for us. La Valencia is a very nice apartment complex, it is quiet, always remains in order and clean. I lived here for more than a year and a half, spoke with many advisors and managers, and I can say that Omar is the kindest, most efficient and diligent employee. I do recommend La Valencia!

I did not enjoy living here. The management team is shady and will do whatever it takes to save or make money, especially to the detriment of their tenants. We could never sleep due to upstairs neighbors making noise all night, which management did nothing about. Many other issues with this place. I would not recommend moving in.

I recently moved to the Bay Area from LA and It was NOT easy navigating and finding a great place to live. I’m so grateful that I found Amber at La Valencia Homes, she was so comforting and diligent about finding me a unit to suit my needs. I especially appreciate that even when I could sense she was busy, she made herself available to assist me. I love the renovations that were made prior to moving into the unit and the minor maintenance issues I experienced were taken care of expeditiously, thanks to Neo the maintenance manager. Lastly they offer Trash Valet service, which I will never be able to live without. I am very comfortable here at La Valencia!

The community is super old and outdated and the prices they are asking for is ridiculous. The office team is nice and responsive, maintenance is a nightmare. You can do so much better then here. Management staff is always changing.

So, to begin...La Valencia and it's staff has been aware of the parking issues for years, but never mentioned one word about it when I first came to visit their complex. They did not mention just how horrible the situation is when I signed my lease with them. My company van was robbed as a result of having to park off campus, and my motorcycle was vandalized twice in my own parking spot, causing me to have to invest in a video surveillance system. My son has received two parking tickets because he was forced to park in the permit parking only areas of the neighborhood. No exaggeration what's so ever, but many times I had to park as far as 1/2 mile away from the complex due to there being nothing available in the surrounding neighborhoods, and the city closed off a portion of them to non permitted vehicles. It is also frustrating as all get out to come home after a hard day at work to find there is someone parked in your space, and you are forced to find another spot off campus. I had the same person parking in my spot repeatedly, but the staff and the security refused to tow it because it had a La Valencia parking permit hanging from their mirror, albeit was for a different space that their spouse was occupying. Management has no respect for the tennants and moved in a family above us with two small children, running and jumping constantly. They have been aware of this issue, but have done nothing about it. I have school aged kids, and the pool area is supposed to close at 10:00 pm, but management refuses to lock the gates, and disrespectful loud people are constantly screaming, laughing, etc, making it difficult to get my kids to sleep. my advice is to seriously explore all of the other available options before considering the la valencia apartments.

Love living here! The amenities are amazing! Even have garbage valet. Yes you leave it outside your front door at night and it is picked up. Only problem with this complex is parking. If you have more than one car.....plan on walking a distance to the nearest parking
This complex is centrally located. With many buildings of only 2 stories each, the courtyard areas are beautifully landscaped. The location is close to downtown with a grocery store close by and a large park across the street. All apartments have a wood burning fireplace which is great for saving on your heating bill. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
