I've only lived here about a month but everything's been great so far! The community is quiet and safe, and everyone is friendly. The office staff made the application process easy and quick, and they've been attentive in answering all my questions. Would recommend!

If I could give it negative stars I would. The management is very unprofessional and does not care for the residents. I lived in a 1st floor apartment and could hear the upstairs resident walking. The ceiling/floors are not only thin but also unsafe. As they're walking upstairs the ceiling fan is shaking and almost got unhinged from the ceiling. I called the office. They said there's nothing they can do and would not transfer me to another apartment. This is being reported as UNSAFE. Also, no parking and the parking spots are too small and for motorcycles not cars. Finally, I returned the keys and they charged me for "unreturned keys" - unethical and unprofessional.

I lived here for about a year in 2020-21. It was a great experience. Residents were left alone, property was well maintained. Renovated apartments are definitely worth the price. Best apartment I have ever stayed at.

Management is extremely poor and dishonest, the property is old, not maintained well and very very very over priced for what you get. 6 months later I’m still waiting for promised repairs.

While the leasing office may seem nice, and the staff friendly, the complex is old and run down and management lies. I moved in 6 months ago to an apartment that was advertised as "upgraded". What i got on move in day was a dirty, run down apartment with 1980s fixtures and stained carpeting. I complained to management right away and Rhonda, the property manager apologized and promised to fix the issues. That was June. I write this on October 26. Save your money!!! the area has much nicer complexes that I wish I lived in.

Have had nothing but problems thusfar. Maintenance takes weeks to respond to issues, one of my showers has been broken for 5 MONTHS then the tile people showed up one day, unannounced, and said that they would need access to my apartment all day. They overcharge and call them "luxury" apartments when I have had issues with the washer randomly not working, the fridge freezing my food and the freezer not being cold enough to keep things frozen, and one of the doors falling off its hinges usually once a month! They told me they would put screens in the two windows in my apartment that don't have them when I moved in and a year later I still don't have them, but now have holes in my clothes from moths. Also promised to replace broken lightbulbs and never did. Absolutely not worth it.

Management doesn’t know what they are doing. They constantly enter your apartment. Workers are not trained. Rent is overpriced. Living on the first floor you can hear everything above you. If you value your sanity don’t live here
I live here now. It’s over priced. The front desk people leave randomly throughout the day which makes it har dot get packages which you have to pick up from the office.The pools are closed without any notice. The front office people are terrible. They enter your apartment with barely a day of notice. Would move out if I could.
Old and dated . The complex needs to be updated and remodeled but my 9 month stay was a decent and quite experience Decent employees and management

I called La Mirage apartments last weekend and asked for info on the apartments and Jovanna Bustillos answered all my questions. She offered for me to come into the office for a tour. I am living in Hoston at the moment but will be going to Abq in a couple of weeks I told Jovanna I will be giving her a call as soon as soon as I get to ABQ. I thought I would leave a review based on Customer service it was great.

Bad management. Rude. Smoking allowed in the parking Lot!! Moving!
We have lived here since November, 2012 and for the most part, it has been a positive experience. There have been a couple of instances where we've had to wait what I consider a lengthy amount of time for needed maintenance issues, but I understand they were short-staffed. On the other hand, when we discovered we were without hot water on a Friday, 20 minutes before the office closed, one phone call was all it took. Within an hour, we were the proud owners of a brand new water heater! Leslie (Community Manager) and her staff have consistently professional and helpful in tending to our needs. We will be moving within the next few weeks due to health issues that my husband is experiencing and this is by no means a negative on the part of LaMirage.
I have lived in La Mirage since 2007, and didn't even considering changing to a different apartment property when I had to downsize to a smaller unit when my sister moved out! Leslie the manager is awesome, and any problems I have are quickly attended to by maintenance! I highly recommend these apartments to any friends who are looking for apartment living!
I have lived in the La Mirage Apartments for three years and have found it to be a fantastic place to live. I have no complaints about the complex or the location. The staff has been very attentive to everything that has needed to be done.
If I could give them no stars I would! DO NOT EVER move in here! Our apartment has had so many things broken that they took MONTHS to fix just for them to go and break again a day later! it's ridiculous! Worst of all we have a MAJOR mold problem! They won't come fix they say it's "mildew" so it's fine! You've got to be kidding me! It's not "mildew" and even if it was that's still their job to fix it! I have had to take an allergy pill every single day for months! If I miss an allergy pill I wake up in the middle of the night coughing and sneezing with a dry mouth and nose and itchy eyes. The front desk girls are rude and consecending. They lie and they treat you like trash. Can't wait to move out of this stupid place!

Lived at La Mirage for 2 years. This is a great place if you like to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do! Including using the bathroom! The manager even admitted she has had to go to court because tenants were getting into fights over noise issues. I had a female living in the apartment under me and she would start pounding on her ceiling with what I could only imagine was a 2x4. When I complained to management they said I had to have security in my apartment as a witness. Yet when she complained about me I would find a "cure or quit" nasty letter on my door. My downstairs neighbor would pound on the walls and ceiling in the middle of the night. I was stressed due to the lack of sleep so I decided to move. Because my new apartment was not ready at the time I needed it, La Mirage was kind enough to triple my rent rate and then prorate the days I went over my lease end date. The even charged me for parking that I had given up 1 1/2 months before! (by the way parking at night is really bad) If there was a rating less than 1 star I would have chosen that! Be careful!
I have lived at the La Mirage Apartments in Albuquerque, New Mexico for 2 years. I have loved everything about the apartment from the location being convenient to everything to the layout of the apartment itself. The bedroom is so large and the master bathroom is amazing. Having a washer and dryer is a deal breaker for me and I love having that in my apartment. The office and maintenance staff has been nothing short of courteous and wonderful, always ready to help with anything I ask. I would say my experience has been nothing but positive, and would stay here indefinitely if not for the fact that I am moving out of state soon.
