Krystie Manor is a private, non-smoking, pet-friendly community for independent, active seniors aged 55 and older. We are located in Amityville on the Nassau/Suffolk border near shopping, Long Island Railroad, and beaches. Our community features spacious one-bedroom apartments including newly renovated kitchens and bathrooms, all including quartz countertops. Each apartment has a full-size washer/dryer, central air conditioning, private patio or terrace, and dishwasher. All residences are FIOS and cable ready. Select units also have attractive wood plank laminate flooring. There is one conveniently located reserved parking spot for each unit. Our community also has the benefit of an on-site superintendent.

Though this apartment building is old, its a nice one. One you can be comfortable in, also its walking distance to many fast food places & grocery which is a plus..i think! Its really an apartment complex for seniors, but others can rent and most seniors are friendly.
