Korina does not have functioning elevators. I wouldn’t rent anything above the first floor.
Alder at the Grove has always been a great place to live! I moved here when they first opened and it has always lived up to its name! I love it here! It is a fun and safe place to live!!!

Complex is quiet, clean, and neighbors are very friendly. Anytime I have had an issue the office staff have been very helpful and friendly. It’s probably one of the best complexes I have lived in Austin.

Month 2 of living at Korina/Alder has been even better than month 1! I appreciate the high level of ongoing property maintenance (cleanliness, landscaping, amenity rooms upkeep, community events). I have had a couple of minor maintenance requests that were promptly attended to and service techs are friendly, respectful, knowledgeable. Office staff has been very kind and helpful on all my "newbie" questions. Living here has been great-access to the park and walking trails is wonderful and a great bonus.

When I brought up an issue related to safety in the community, they kept me updated throughout the process and worked diligently to resolve it. I appreciate their efforts to ensure that community policies are enforced and that residents feel supported. It’s great to live in a place where management prioritizes both safety and resident well-being. The location is another huge plus! The Alder is great! The hallways and stairs are clean, the amenities are awesome, and I love the location. They are very quick with maintenance. My only complaint is that the elevators are constantly breaking down.

I've enjoyed living at the Alder! The apartment is in a great location with access to a park, trendy restaurants and exercise facilities. The facility is clean and has a modern feel to it. I have noticed a few technical problems such as the elevators and parking pass not working but I have otherwise had a good experience here.

My first day at The Alder, the elevators weren’t working, and it was my moving day. The management acted very quickly and was able to solve the problem. :)

Fine apartment complex- nicer than the majority in ATX. Garage never works and you the online “key” app was down for a while even though you pay for it in rent … the common spaces could be a little cleaner (the gym, the hallways, the pool bathrooms)!

The Grove is a really great neighborhood with lots to offer in terms of restaurants, dog parks, trails, fitness options, and people. The apartments appear nice and have some great amenities, but are a little flawed. Thin walls/lack of insulation force you to hear everything going on in units around you and in the hallways. Be prepared to have to follow up multiple times in person and via email to get anything accomplished with the leasing office.

Excellent community with a great management team. Location is hard to beat, easy to drive downtown or up north. Amenities are higher quality than many class A buildings and residents seem friendly. Resident parking is plentiful and they have 24/7 security onsite, making this garage one of the best I've had.

Overall the location of The Grove is very convenient - lots to offer in this neighborhood! I've had several issues in the building itself and with the leasing staff. The constant construction is a pain but is to be expected. The insulation here is awful. I just had to move because of new tenants above me who are insanely loud all day. I sent several videos so everyone could hear what I hear all day long. The leasing office didn't give me another option but to move. Even though I lived in that unit for 3 years, they weren't going to do anything about the tenants breaking community codes that are outlined in all of our leases. It seems that the leasing agents don't have any authority and will pass everything off and point fingers rather than being useful. I had more serious issues in the last few years of living here (stalker in the building, finding out everyone with a walkout unit had the same lock/key, etc.) but I worked through them without giving the leasing office a hard time.

I have had the best time living here! I have lived in both buildings and love them both. This community is great. It is so safe here. The restaurants and fitness businesses in this area are definitely a plus. Highly recommend.

Good Spot, easy access, nice amenities, better people. Wish the retail spaces had somewhere to grab a quick drink. I love the garage system and the smart thermostats that feature an eco mode. Also the apartments come equipped with solid Wifi.

My wife and I came here from Mexico and we love this apartment. The neighborhood feels really welcoming and calm, we have everything we need on a daily basis (e.g.: gym, store, fitness, restaurants, etc.), the security is really great and we're really happy here.
